Agreement to Terms

• Both buyer and seller must clearly agree to all deal conditions before the transaction begins.
• Once funds/assets are sent to the Middleman, the deal is considered officially active.

• Neutrality & Authority

• The Middleman acts as a neutral third party.
• The Middleman’s decision in dispute cases is final and binding.
• We reserve the right to decline any transaction without explanation.

• Verification Process

• Funds/assets will only be released after proper verification.
• Both parties must provide valid proof if requested.
• Failure to cooperate may result in cancellation of the deal.

• Fees

• Service fees must be agreed upon before starting.
• Fees are non-refundable once the transaction begins.
• In most cases, the buyer covers the MM fee unless agreed otherwise.

• Prohibited Transactions

We do NOT handle:
• Illegal goods or services
• Stolen accounts or assets
• Fraud-related activities
• Chargeback-prone payment methods (unless agreed)

Any violation results in immediate cancellation.

• Dispute Resolution

• Evidence must be provided within the requested timeframe.
• If one party becomes unresponsive, the Middleman may decide based on available proof.
• False claims or fake proofs will result in blacklist and report.

• Liability Disclaimer

• The Middleman is not responsible for hidden defects not disclosed before the deal.
• We are not liable for platform bans, account suspensions, or future misuse after release.

• Confidentiality

• All transactions are handled with strict discretion.
• Private deal details will not be shared unless required for dispute resolution.
