Greetings from the Midwest.
It's hot. It's gonna get hotter, and you guys need to hydrate. Training in these conditions means dedicating more weight and space and planning before you go out to hit it.
On a regular day you may use 1L of water and when the Summer hits may drink 3L to compensate loss.
So stay hydrated. Plan accordingly. Also the IG is up since #ROS merch is on merchboiz.com
We are looking for volunteers also for the events. Please let me know if you are interested in helping.
