(Appleton, D. & Co. 1892)
There is no Tatar flag here, but China's flag still has the same recognizable style. Yes, we know that the whole of Europe and China, as well as the territory of modern Russia, were a single state. In the flags of the 19th century you can still see the signs of the former unity.
So now we and our children are misinformed about the tricolor in schools. The same can be said about the Tatar-Mongol yoke, and about Tartaria - a delusion. Are there few examples?
The tricolor has not been the flag of Russia since ancient times, as they would have us believe. Here, at least, take the story that Peter the Great introduced this tricolor.

("Colors of the Russian state flag", from 1699-1700 to 1910)

(Reskriptionsordnung. via runivers. ru "Maps, plans and photographs for the fourth volume of the history of the reign of Peter the Great." - 1863)
Look at three drawings that were allegedly made by Peter himself. The drawings are different. They are similar, but when they are superimposed, they are not combined.
Maybe these are fakes, but dozens of collections of flags of the world are still true?

Perhaps the most boring drawing for our analysis. Nothing like extraordinary.
The Russian Imperial flag, of course, is a black eagle on a golden background, and not a tricolor. Well, while we keep an eye on the flag of China and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Look at other flags. I'm cautiously assuming that red means independence. Details below.

Tartaria=Rusj=Assia:
On the following collection of flags, the deception about Tartaria and the history becomes particularly clear:

 (Pavilions et bannieres maritimes du XVIIIe siècle)
The file is large, good resolution. Posted on Wikipedia. And for some reason the last row is cut off ... Why should this be so? Negligence? Well, yes! So what is there?

(Tableau des pavillons ou Bannières que les vaisseaux des tout les nations arborent sur le mers 1765)
It seems clear why the previous figure is cut off. In the bottom row there are two flags of Tartaria. Owl and griffin (although some believe that this is not a griffin, but a dragon). Look, study, search and find common ground, think for yourself. You don't have to trust anyone.

And evaluate the visual similarity of styles. Think about countries. They were all once part of a whole.
Once again the flags of Russia:

The next drawing is of lower quality, but I think you can easily find both tartaria and Russian flags. And you will see all the similarities in them. And other flags on a golden background make you think.
