اولا لازم اشوف level of conscious ممكن عنده encephalopathy
ثانيا اشوف at rest well or distress

كرياتنين مهم جد في تحديد كرونك او اكيوت كدني انجري
يعني اذا قسته مرتفع 4 وقبل 4 اشهر جان عشره مثلا معناها هذا كرونك

ultrasound imaging
مهم جدا بالكرونك تكون shrinkage or small kidney bilateral
بينما بالاكيوت تكون normal or slightly increase or enlarge due to obstruction

when found normal kidney imaging of CKD?
يعني مرات نشوف كدني نورمل لكن بيشنت عنده CKD وصارله سنين يسوي غسيل بيا حالة تصير؟

اكو جدول يفرق مهم مهم جدا احفظه ظهراً عن قلب ويجي بالامتحان
