Early morning pain, crises, health conditions since 4:00 a.m.

I am frequently stabilizing my physical body by connecting memories, reminding myself that we have plans in place and moving forward to address what most needs addressing.

It is very hard to get by this way, but it is also utterly amazing to see the real and measurable results of having those plans in place and moving them forward even one increment at a time, even so slowly we cannot bear it, still it brings us benefits.
