Tiny content hack I’ve been using that've been working:

After every coaching call, client session, or meaningful conversation...

Take a quick photo with the person.

Then post it on your story with 1-3 takeaways from the session.

That’s it.

You do not need to invent new “content ideas”.

You literally just share:

- what came up
- what you learned
- what shifted for them
- what insights other people might find useful

This is what saved me loads of time but still generate tons of qualifed leads & convos → allowing me to grow a biz working ~4 hours a day.

And the key is:

Do it as soon as possible after the call.

Because if you wait till later, your brain will start doing the usual nonsense:

“Is this valuable enough?”
“How should I phrase this?”
“Maybe I’ll post tomorrow.”
“Actually never mind.”

Then the content dies in your camera roll.

But when you post it right after the session, it feels fresh, natural, and human.

(plus, it gives people an easy reason to DM you as it has done for me too!)

In short:

Just document the useful moments already happening in your business.

Because your easiest content is not something you create...

It is something you capture.

You got this 💙
5 years ago, I completed a simple exercise I still benefit from today.

It's the core foundation of how I built my lifestyle business, work ~4 hours a day, and live life as my highest self.

It's called the Perfect Typical Day, and here's how it works.

You simply write down the normal day you'd be happy to repeat for the rest of your life: not the holiday or special days, just an ordinary Tuesday. The more specific it is, the better.

Sample questions:

What time do you wake up?
What does the morning feel like?
What kind of work do you do?
Who do you have convos & meals with?
How do you want to FEEL while all of the above is happening?

==
Here's roughly what I wrote back then:

"I happily wake up without an alarm and get my most important work done in the first 2 to 4 hours, while my mind is sharp. By lunch the heavy lifting is already done, so I can eat with a friend or my loved ones, or just switch off and watch a comedy with zero guilt. The afternoon is conversations with clients and people I genuinely enjoy, never calls I'm dreading. Then I close the laptop, go for a workout, have a quality dinner & convos with my family, do some light reading or entertainment before I go to sleep."

==

Reading that back today, that's almost exactly my week now.

And I think this is where a lot of people get freedom wrong: they say they value it, but they've never sat down and described it.

So they build based on pressure, survival, or what looks impressive from the outside.

The Universe rewards those who are specific and clear about what they actually want.

The truth is, if you don't know what you actually want, you'll keep building a business that looks good on paper and feels heavy in real life.

And if you want to live an amazing life...

It starts with having amazing days.

You got this. 💙

#MasterImplementers #4hourworkday

P.S. I highly recommend you do this exercise; it's one of my favourite activities I do with all my clients who want to have more freedom & fulfilment from their business & life!
Woke up feeling quite down today, but here's how I "snapped" out of it.

For those who know me enough, yknow 1 of the 3 important things in my life is I get to move & walk around.

So for me to wake up with inflammed hamstrings & IT Band...I felt like crap.

I took a few hours to mope around & watch meaningless shows...(at least this time I still ate healthy haha)

But I finally decided to just sit down & process my feelings around it → which led to this message.

In the past, I'd have taken 1-2 days to get around it, but grateful to pull myself out of the rut before it got too much.

Simple thing I did:

Close my eyes & listen to songs that moved me:
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0kI3KCPiOoFMuq9u2wPDNa?si=08627b7e80ce496e

In short, I acknowleged my feelings instead of avoiding them, used my environment to support the activity, and share this so I can hopefully help some people along the way.

Hope this helps :)
How a health coach closed 4 clients she never pitched before.

Most entrepreneurs believe the same lie when sales go quiet.

"My offer isn't good enough yet, my content isn't landing, my pitch needs work, and that's why nobody's buying."

Wrong.

A client of mine, a health coach, had gone months with barely any sales.

Then in a matter of days, she closed four new recurring clients.

Every one of them was a warm contact. People who already knew and trusted her.

Two of them were past customers she'd never once thought to ask again.

She didn't win any of them with a clever script.

In her own words, every one of those sales was "lousily asked."

She had just finally made the ask.

You think the gap is the quality of your ask. It's almost always the frequency of your ask.

While you go quiet to perfect the pitch, your warmest people sit there untouched.

Every day you spend polishing is a day you don't ask.

A clumsy ask to someone who already trusts you beats a perfect ask you never send.

There is no perfect ask waiting to be found. There is only the ask you actually make.

You don't have a pitch problem. You have an asking problem.

So this week, open your list and mark every past customer you've never actually made an offer to.

Then send a plain, human ask to five of them, the kind a friend would send.

You got this 💙
Marc

P.S. If the quiet months are getting old, the fix probably isn't a better funnel. It's a fresh pair of eyes on the pipeline you already have.

After 2,200+ coaching calls, the pattern is almost always the same: the money is already sitting in the warm names you've stopped asking.

On a short private call, I'll help you:

→ Find the warm, untapped people already in your world you keep overlooking
→ Spot the one ask you've been avoiding, and exactly how to make it
→ Leave with 2-3 moves you can run this week, not another framework to study

"You're not stuck, you're tolerating okay decisions."

Most people think they're stuck, but they're not stuck at all.

They're comfortable, and comfortable is a much harder thing to leave.

For about 12 months after I nearly quit my business, I told myself I was prioritising alignment and fun. It sounded wise & healthy.

What was actually happening was that I had gotten comfortable, and I used nice words to avoid admitting it.

Comfort doesn't feel like a problem, which's exactly what makes it the most expensive place to stay.

Two things happen when you settle at okay.

One, comfort removes the pain that drives every real decision.

A decision means cutting something off. Without pain, there's nothing pushing you to cut, so you keep every option open and quietly move nowhere.

Two, okay compounds into a whole life without you noticing.

An okay month becomes an okay quarter. Ten years pass, the number on the screen is the same number, and nothing ever hurt enough to make you move.

You don't need more urgency to change your life. You need to decide you're ready to play a bigger game. Comfort at your floor is not safety. It is the ceiling you never see.

The most expensive place you can stay is comfortable.

The next time you catch yourself calling something alignment, ask one honest question. "Am I choosing this, or am I just avoiding the discomfort of more?"

If you can't answer cleanly, comfort is driving, not alignment.

My coaching calls have been getting weirder lately...

One minute, we’re discussing AI, business strategy and team management.

The next, we’re talking about fear, sadness, relationships and mental health.

Somehow, mixing both has helped my clients get better results.

Here’s how (click here).
'I have no choice' is a lie.

We were halfway through a group call when one of the entrepreneurs said it. "I have no choice, I just have to keep grinding through this season."

I stopped the call right there.

It felt true, but it wasn't. You can quit almost anything tomorrow. You could shut the whole thing down, walk away from a client, cancel the launch you've been dreading, but you don't. You keep choosing this, on purpose, to support your family, to save for the future, to protect the season you're in.

So I asked the group to swap one phrase. Instead of "I have no choice," say "I choose not to."

It sounds like a small swap, but it changes how the week feels. The moment you say "I have no choice," your brain files the situation under weather. Something happening to you, not something you're steering. You stop hunting for the lever because you've decided there isn't one.

That's what actually drains you. Not the work itself, but the story you keep telling yourself about it.

I've sat in over 2,200 of these calls, and this phrase shows up in almost every stuck person I meet.

True freedom is accepting you ALWAYS have a choice (no matter how you feel).

So next time you catch yourself saying "I have no choice," finish this sentence instead: "I'm choosing this because ___." Even if the answer is just survival for now, naming it as a choice puts your hands back on the wheel.

P.S. Whenever you're ready, here are 3 ways I can help you grow your business past 6 figures on a 4-hour workday:

1) The 4 Hour Workday (free): Grab my entire system and design your personal gameplan → https://4hour.marcteo.com/

Alignment was never supposed to feel easy.

"I'm testing zero time blocking," one of my clients told me.

"No schedule, I just flow with my energy. It feels more aligned."

Her content had gone quiet for weeks.

I let that sit, then asked the real question. "Are you avoiding structure, or are you avoiding the work?"

She went quiet on the other end too. Then she admitted it: comfort had quietly become her definition of aligned, and it was costing her the exact thing she said she wanted.

Alignment doesn't mean you feel good all the time.

You can be aligned and bored. You can be aligned and pissed off, doing the unglamorous work nobody wants to film.

It just means you know why you're doing it.

Tie your effort to how you feel and you'll only show up on the good days.

Most days aren't good days.

Comfort changes by the hour, but your reason doesn't.

I've had this conversation inside more than 150 private client relationships, and it's almost always the same block wearing a nicer word. "I'm flowing with my energy" usually just means "I stopped," dressed up so it doesn't sting.

Alignment is NOT about doing what's comfortable, but understanding WHY you're doing it.

So when the work "doesn't feel aligned," ask one thing first: "Do I still know why I'm doing this?"

If yes, the discomfort isn't a stop sign. It's the price of the thing you already chose.

I’m trying to kill 90% of my courses and trainings by the end of 2026.

So far, I’ve shortened 60-minute lessons to 5 to 10 minutes, turned courses into AI Implementation Toolkits, and built virtual coaches that clients can speak to 24/7.

But after automating more of the strategies, scripts and systems...

I’ve become even more convinced about the ONE thing AI cannot replace.

P.S. Want me to build your ENTIRE content ideation, creation and automation system for you?

Before I roll this out properly, I want to personally help a few people install it and get more views, engagement, leads and buyers than before.

If you’re open to giving honest feedback, and a testimonial only after you get results, reply “custom” and I’ll send you the details.
The fastest way to stand out isn't expertise.

I'll say something I actually believe, and a few people in my industry won't like it: your expertise is not what makes you stand out anymore, and it probably never was.

The other week on an Inner Circle call, I told the room the same thing.

Everyone in your space is teaching the same material now, polished by the same AI tools. Read five posts in your niche back to back and they blur into one.

So I gave the room my own example.

The thing I disagree with is treating your business and personal life as two separate projects, when they're really one integrated life.

I've said it enough times that people know it's mine, and that's not a marketing angle, it's just what I believe.

Your real opinion, the thing you'd argue about over dinner, isn't in anyone else's content library. It can't be copied, because it isn't information, it's you.

The smoother everything sounds, the more people trust the one willing to take a side.

I run my business on close to 20 hours a week, mostly because I picked positioning over more content.

A practical way to stand out is to get clear on what you actually disagree with in your industry.

Open your last five posts and ask: could a competitor have written them word for word? If yes, that's the gap.

Find the one belief you hold that most people in your space quietly don't, and say that next.

Some fires in your business should keep burning.

One of my clients was spending her weeks re-recording her team's training videos.

She'd film a session, decide it wasn't good enough, rewrite it into a guide, then start over. Meanwhile the actual problem, not enough people booking trials with her, sat completely untouched.

Her business is growing, with trials converting and referrals coming in. And she was pouring her best hours into the one corner that felt safest to fix.

On the call, I told her something she didn't expect. Sometimes you have to let some fires burn.

Not every broken thing in your business is the fire that matters.

Your whole business runs on one flow, from content to conversations to conversions to delivery, and only one of those is choking your growth right now.

The rest can stay a little broken while you fix that one.

Delivery felt urgent to her because it sat inside her control, nowhere near a "no."

Booking more trials meant more asks and more rejection. So she polished videos while the real fire quietly kept costing her the growth she wanted.

Some fires can burn a while, as long as you're putting out the one that's actually spreading.

So this week, list every "broken" thing pulling at you, and ask of each: is this stopping money from coming in, or just uncomfortable to look at? Fix the one that answers yes, and let the rest burn a little longer.

The lecturer gets compliments, the storyteller gets clients.

A few hours before his multi-day event kicked off, one of my clients walked me through his deck.

Slide after slide of theory, frameworks and clean definitions, all technically correct, without a single story anywhere in it.

I cut in about halfway through and told him straight.

These are lecturer slides, and lecturer slides don't sell, because nobody ever bought from proof of how smart you are.

The buying happens the moment someone sees themselves inside a story you told.

The teachers who actually changed you almost never opened with the theory. They showed you something first, a story or a moment that landed, then explained what was underneath it.

That gap is where the sale quietly dies.

Lead with teaching and your audience nods along, maybe comments "didn't know that," then closes the tab.

Understanding a concept and believing it's for you are two different things.

"That was so informative" feels great to hear.

It also means they walked away impressed instead of moved.

Impressed people ask for the slides. Moved people ask how to work with you.

When persuading others, 1 powerful story can beat hundreds of "intelligent" theories.

So before your next workshop, open your slides and count how many begin with a definition or a framework.

For each, find a real story or a before-and-after moment and move it in front of the teaching.

The lesson still lands, just after they already believe it's about them.

I stopped doing renewal calls, and renewals went up.

I haven't done a renewal call in about two years, and my renewal rate went up after I stopped.

For years I did what everyone said to.

Near the end of a client's term: book a call, have the awkward "so, are we continuing?" chat, throw in a discount to push them over the line.

It worked, but it was quietly costing me.

A renewal call turns your client back into a prospect. The moment you sit someone down to "re-decide," you reopen a decision they already made, and doubt walks straight back in, even for a client who loves the work.

The discount reads as begging. It lands as "please don't leave" instead of "thank you for staying," and trains people to hold out for the deal instead of valuing the relationship.

So I stopped having the conversation and built the answer into the price.

Year one sits at the full anchor. Year two drops to a lower loyalty rate on its own, like a membership that gets cheaper the longer you stay.

My clients don't wait to hear if I'll cut them a deal, because they know it's baked in. My renewal rate sits near 80% now, with zero renewal calls.

Build the discount into year two, so you never have to ask for the renewal at all.

So with your next client, set the year-two price before year one begins, so there's nothing to negotiate when the term ends.

*Not everyone will take your feedback & advice the way you intended. And that’s okay.*

I’ve been observing this for a few months, but a convo earlier today got me thinking.

Quick context:

A client sent me some updates.

Based on the words he was using, I recorded a direct 2-minute voice note cuz I genuinely felt it would help.

A day later, he shared that while he appreciated the value & intention behind it...

*The voice note felt unsolicited and disrespectful to him.*

I respected that he told me directly.

But it also reminded me of something important:

You can have the best intentions & still have your advice land differently from how you expected.

Personally, I love receiving direct feedback from my mentors & coaches (cuz they''re ppl I trust, I did pay them after all 😂).

Even if I don’t agree with everything they say or how they say it, I'll always extract what’s useful and move forward.

But not everyone receives feedback the same way.

Some people prefer more TLC.
Some need more context & tact.
Some want you to ask for permission first.
Others just want you to be as damn direct as possible.

All of this depends on the person’s background, values & preferences.

So perhaps giving good feedback isn’t only about whether your advice is correct.

It’s also about whether the person is ready to receive it, and whether your delivery helps them hear it.

A useful qn to ask:

*Is this person actually ready to hear & be open to feedback?*

And as the person receiving feedback, it may also be worth asking:

*Can I extract something useful from this, even if the delivery isn’t exactly how I prefer it?*

You don’t have to accept every piece of advice you receive.
And other people don’t have to follow every piece of advice you give.

But the question I recommend asking the most today is this:

*Is the current way you’ve been receiving feedback serving you well & helping you achieve your goals?*

Have an amazing day folks :)
A client shared he was surprised I still do a lot of inner work.

But I'm definitely not perfect.

I still procastinate.
I make mistakes.
I doubt myself.
I still have resistance.

Etc etc.

But one thing that helped me:

I trust everything happens for a reason.

So instead of feeling grumpy, guilty or unhappy about it...

I trust it'll all work out in the end.

Whether they were failures, things I didn't do, or thinking I should have achieved more than now,

I recognise all these are here to serve me.

That's what I invite all of you to think about today.

How can you be GRATEFUL for all the great, bad or even ugly stuff that has happened?

When that happens, you'll see yourself be way more powerful than bedore.

You got this :)

P.S. Btw, i am sharing the above to show i am not perfect.

I personally dont like it when gurus wanna show how perfect, amazing or flawless they are...

so i hope by showing my more human side, you are reminded that everyone has their own journey too,.
*Invite to 1 of the most important events of the year*

Hey folks, if yall didn’t know by now, the world is getting way more uncertain than ever.

Whether is it cuz of AI, mass layoffs, huge market uncertainty, wars, disruption, society shifts etc…

*Its more important than ever to prepare for massive changes in the coming months & years.*

This’ll help you to:
- Take advantage of what’s coming
- Protect yourself for risks before it’s too late (I REALLY don’t say this to FOMO but things have been silently happening)
- Learn where to focus on in the markets & business space
- understand the most strategic skills to double down on (not just “AI” pls)

At 19, we counted 800 no's daily.

I had joined a street-sales company where we counted 800 to 1,000 no's a day. Rejection was not an occasional setback. It was part of the work.

That experience changed what rejection meant to me.

Those no's were not wasted. They taught us to disqualify, handle objections, deal with difficult people, and keep going without making every answer personal.

The yes is visible, but it is not where most of the learning happens.

Most capable entrepreneurs know this logically, yet one quiet month can still make them shrink. They stop inviting people, soften the offer, or hide inside more preparation because another no feels too personal.

That creates a painful loop.

Fewer invitations create fewer conversations. Fewer conversations create less feedback. Less feedback makes every future invitation feel even heavier.

The best salespeople are not paid for the yeses. They are paid for the no's they are willing to go through.

Rejection is not always a verdict on your value. Sometimes it is simply the practice that helps you recognise the right yes.

The next time you hear no, write down what it taught you before deciding what it means. That keeps the lesson and drops the shame.

If your business has gone quiet and you cannot see whether the real problem is your offer, marketing, or sales process, I can help you diagnose it.

Last week, I recorded a super intense podcast with May Sim, Asia’s top Western astrologer.

May has advised established entrepreneurs, senior leaders inside Fortune 500 companies and government associations. Tens of thousands have also attended her forecast events.

We spoke about:

👉 The future of AI for business owners and employees
👉 The skills we’re developing to prepare for what’s coming
👉 The #1 competitive advantage we’re helping our private clients build
👉 Her predictions for business, markets and industries
👉 How to do more than survive the next few years and actually enjoy them

The conversation was so useful that I’m already updating my investment strategy 😂

Facebook deleted a guy making 6 figures a month.

No warning, no reason given, and nobody to call.

He's a friend of mine. He came back one day and the account was simply gone, and besides word of mouth, most of his clients used to come from there.

His business didn't drop to zero because he has other things running. But watching it happen did something to me.

I went home that night and asked myself a question I'd been avoiding for years.

Which part of my business is sitting on top of one thing I don't actually control?

My marketing lives on platforms I don't own. My list sits inside software I don't own. Even my delivery runs on someone else's servers.

None of that is wrong, and I'm not about to go and build my own Facebook.

But there's a real difference between using something and not being able to survive without it.

The people I know who got hurt these past few years weren't lazy or unlucky. They were fully dependent on one channel, one platform or one client, and nobody notices that until the thing disappears.

Here's the audit I ran on myself, and it took about fifteen minutes.

→ Write down where your last 10 clients actually came from.

→ Circle any source that disappears if you get banned tomorrow.

→ Whatever you circled is the part to start reducing this quarter, before you need to.

Every business has a single point of failure. Most people just haven't gone looking for theirs yet.

I recorded this conversation with May Sim, Asia's top Western astrologer. She's privately consulted and taught hundreds of established entrepreneurs, senior people inside Fortune 500 companies and government associations, and tens of thousands of people have sat through her forecast events.

We spent an hour on where AI is really heading, what's shifting across the markets and industries, and the skills worth building before things get shaky.

Watch the full conversation here. You can also paste the link into your own AI and ask it for the notes, free:
