Before the inspirational & positive messages come in December...

I personally it's a good time to shed light on what's likely to happen in the coming years.
- Chaos
- Uncertainity
- Volatile markets
- Job layoffs
- Increased stress

It's not me saying it, Bazi/Astrology, preparations on the ground (HR & leaders), CNA, news, government are all saying or hinting it.

So while i don't want to dampen people's spirits, I want to share with people what's going on so they can actually prepare.

Which is why I find now is a great time to share that, so you can still communicate the inspirational / happy stuff next month.

Here's an example (+ my honest thoughts of what we should do practically):

"You need to re-evaluate your values."

Last night, those few words from my mentor hit me hard.

For a while now, I've been cruising. I built a 6-figure lifestyle business on ~20 hours a week, enjoying time with Baby K and my wife.

By all traditional metrics, I won.

But comfort can be dangerous. It silences the mission.
That simple question told me one thing:

Everything is about to change.

I'm NOT a 10/10 husband.

Yesterday, I watched a local play called "The 4th Trimester" and it absolutely wrecked me.

The play dives into the messy, raw stories of young families navigating parenthood, and it exposed a blind spot I didn't know I had: The "Bonus" Mindset.

I realized I've been treating fatherhood like I'm "helping out" instead of owning my role. Bringing my son for walks, feeding him, reading to him… I caught myself thinking: "Look at me being such a great husband."

But here's the truth the play forced me to face:

I'm not an assistant. I'm a father.

The difference between good and great lies in the DETAILS that other people choose to ignore.

Last week, I had a 90-minute "wake-up call" with a friend who's on track to hit 8-figures. Currently, he's not only making multiple 6-figures monthly, he's not even 30 yet (goshh!).

As we chatted, I learnt he achieved this hitting insane stats on both his sales & marketing numbers. And he said something that I'd remember for the rest of my life.

Winners Protect Their Time

One thing I observed among some of the most successful millionaires & 6-8 figure earners is this:

They don't try to do more. They protect what matters.

Winners have a sense of urgency because their time is important.

Moving fast means you're intentional. You’re not doing this because you're rude, but remember not to take it into heart if some don’t understand & haven’t matched your pace.

Winners don't win by being available to everyone 24/7. They win by setting boundaries that let them show up fully for the right people.

A simple fix?

Pre-call prep. Clear agendas. Buffer time between meetings. Choosing to be fully intentional.

Your time is finite. Your energy even more so.

Show up like every minute is valuable because it is.

Protect your time. Set real boundaries. That's how you win.
You got this.
In 2021, I made a decision that erased 2 years of progress overnight.

I shifted focus to build systems instead of sales. Revenue tanked. I went from thriving to survival mode and almost quit.

But that "failure" taught me something that completely changed my perspective on setbacks.

I can't believe my TOES were the problem all along 🤦‍♂️

For the past 4-5 years, I've been battling a frustrating cycle with my ankles.

I'd get into a good rhythm with weight & exercise, then BAM—sprain, injury, or massive inflammation.

I tried everything: strengthened my ankles, bought expensive insoles, stretched daily, even tried MRI scans, TCM, and reiki.

My ankles got stronger. But the inflammation kept coming back.

Until recently, a client who specializes in body wellness told me something I didn't expect...

If your year sucked while you saw others doing well…

It’s time to make a change in 2026.

If it your year was amazing…

Awesomeeeee! Let’s making this coming year an even more amazing one.

You got this everyone :)
"Can you just stop being a gu-niang (wussy)?"

I caught myself saying this recently during a conversation. It wasn't meant to be an insult, but a wake-up call.

Over the last two years, I've been thinking deeply about what it actually means to be a man in today's world.

Here're some of my reflections.

I just got “schooled” by a 9-figure entrepreneur😅

Earlier today, I sat down with legendary 9-figure entrepreneur Alvin Huang for a 1-1 personal consultation.

I laid everything out. My goals, my struggles, and the “messy middle” where I felt stuck.

And he didn’t hold back.

What he shared wasn’t mean, but it was the hard truths I needed to hear.

*I couldn't bring myself to declare my business goals.*

While I got schooled on data yesterday, I attended the legendary 9-figure coach Melvin Soh's goal-setting workshop this afternoon.

The most interesting part → an exercise where we had to share our goals as if we already achieved them.

The crazy thing is, I froze.

Health goals? Easy. I could say them with conviction. But when it came to my business goals…I couldn't do it.

But while I walked in with "goals," I walked out with standards.

The landscape is shifting (2026 predictions & gameplan).

Over the past few months, I've been having deep conversations with my mentors and studying the data from serving 1200+ folks.

And if you're feeling like we're entering an era of uncertainty...we 100% are.

But while most people are panicking or trying to add more tactics to their plate, here's what I've realized:

2026 isn't about doing more. It's about doing different.

The strategies that worked even 12 months ago are already shifting. So I'm sharing the 5 practical changes I'm making (and helping my clients make) to win next year.

Why I'm opening up my private productivity vault (first time in 3 years)

Over the past 2 weeks, I've been speaking to friends and clients about their 2026 goals.

When I asked: "On a scale of 1–10, how confident are you that you'll actually hit them?" — most couldn't say 10. Many couldn't even say 8.

They have the drive. But they honestly can't figure out what to focus on day-to-day to move the needle.

And so, this is something I want to give that's based on 10+ years of research & taught to 500+ folks incl. multiple 6-8 figure entrepreneurs...

What if you had 2 minutes to change a thousand lives?

Earlier today, I watched the video of Simon Squibb pitching MrBeast.

(For context, Simon Squibb is a serial entrepreneur who helped fund the dreams of thousands of people)

It happened by coincidence.

Simon’s cameraman saw Mr Beast while going to the toilet, & they decided to chase him after.

He initially got rejected.

But by sheer grit & resourcefulness, he got a 120-second window in a room to make it happen.

And because he was prepared… because he was sharp… because he didn’t waste a second… he closed the deal.

(He even sealed it with a thumb war, which is legendary).

He maximized those 2 minutes, and because of that, thousands of lives are going to be changed.

Quick thought:

You cannot change lives if you cant even manage your time.

Its good to have goals...but its GREAT if you actually have a CLEAR gameplan to go after it.
𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥 😅

Yesterday, I hopped on a call with a new client. The twist? She’s my current client’s fiancée.

There is no higher compliment (or scarier stakes) than when a client trusts you with the most important person in their life.
But here is where it got funny.

We spent the call digging deep. I asked a ton of questions about her values, what drains her energy, and what truly lights her up.

My goal was simple: To discover the exact path that would be the most suitable for her in this specific season of life.

I’ve done this process 100+ times now.

So, after looking at the data, I connected the dots and shared the strategy.

I confidently told her: "This is the direction that fits you best."
She went quiet. Then she burst out laughing.

I asked, "What? Did I say something wrong?"

She said: "Marc... this is exactly what [Fiancé's Name] told me to do two months ago. I ignored him!!!"

We all burst out laughing.

How many of you can relate to this?

You give your partner (or friend) the perfect advice. They ignore it. Then a stranger or a coach says the exact same thing, and suddenly it’s the best idea ever. 😂

It’s funny, but there is a real insight here.

Her fiancé wasn't wrong. He was dead right.

But reason she accepted it from me wasn't because I'm smarter. It’s because we went through a process.

We filtered the noise. We looked at what aligned with her life right now. And when we arrived at the answer... she didn't just hear the advice.

She understood exactly why that path was meant for her.

That is the difference between feeling "stuck" and having clarity.

One feels uncertain & there's resistance to move forward.

The other feels light because you trust it's the best choice for you.
In short...

Many times, you don't need someone to just give you more tactics.

You need a process that helps YOU see what you’re actually built for...so the execution feels automatic.

That’s exactly what we install in the Master Implementer Workshop.

We don’t just throw advice at you. We build your Personal Operating System so you can stop fighting yourself and finally build a business that fits your life.

(And yes, it might save you some arguments with your partner too 😉).

If you’re ready to stop ever feeling stuck & lost over what to do to grow your income & feel alive again...

#INFO below and I'll send you the details.

You got this.

14 years ago, I asked my mum to let me cancel my university enrollment.

𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝'𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.

Before I even stepped foot into NTU, I was already deep into learning about entrepreneurship, sales, and business.

I'd observed the entrepreneurs around me had more time and presence with their families. Meanwhile, the "proper" route folks looked stressed every morning on the MRT.

So I went to my mum and said: "Can I just...not go?"

She thought I was crazy.

Fast forward to today as a father & lifestyle entrepreneur, I'm genuinely grateful she pushed me through. But here's what I couldn't see at the time...

He trains global clients..but couldn't control his own calendar.

Last week, I was on a coaching call with a client who's certified from prestigious organisations, trained teams from global companies, and doing great work for his clients.

But despite all that success, he was struggling with something many folks face: The Curse of Capability.

Because he *could* help anyone, he felt he *should* help everyone.

Here's what I told him as someone who had to learn the hard way myself…
