He told me he was committed. He wasn't.

Most entrepreneurs say they're committed. They're interested.

A few days ago on a coaching call, a private client told me he was 100% committed to hitting his first $20K month. He's been running a consultancy at consistent $8K months for over a year. Ambitious and capable as they come. I asked him one question. *"What is the daily action driving that outcome, at what time, on which days?"* He fell silent for a long beat. Then he gave a vague answer about "showing up consistently and posting more." That answer wasn't real commitment. That was vibes wearing a serious face.

Two things separate interest from commitment.

One, interest sounds like a vibe. Commitment sounds like a behaviour.

"I want to make more money" is interest. "I send 10 DMs to past clients every weekday at 9am" is commitment. The first is a feeling. The second is a verb, a number, a frequency, a time. Interest cannot be measured at the end of the week. Commitment can.

Two, interest protects your ego. Commitment exposes it.

When you stay vague, you can never fail. Your goal lives in the abstract where reality cannot touch it. The moment you name the specific action and time, you create something that can quietly humiliate you on Friday. That is the actual reason most entrepreneurs refuse to be specific. Specificity invites failure into the room, and ego cannot tolerate that exposure.

Commitment is not a feeling. It is an observable behaviour, done at a specific time, on specific days, for a specific number of reps.

If you cannot name the behaviour, the time, and the rep count, you are not committed. You are interested. Most stuck entrepreneurs have been interested in the same goal for 3 years and call it commitment because it sounds better.

Interest lives in your head. Commitment lives on your calendar.

Take your most "committed" goal right now and run the specificity test. Name the activity, the frequency, the time of day, the days of the week.

If you can't fill in all four, your goal is interest dressed up as commitment. Add the four specifics or admit you weren't actually committed yet.

My client called it misalignment. It was an excuse.

Most people think they are stuck because of misalignment.

They are not. They are scared.

An entrepreneur I worked with last week told me her new side-business felt "off." She called it misaligned and not the right fit. She wanted to step back and rethink the whole thing.

I asked her to slow down & walked through it with her. What she was calling misalignment had nothing to do with the work itself. It was fear of making a wrong call she would have to live with for the next two years.

The actual work was fine. The decision-weight was the problem.

There are 2 reasons fear and misalignment look identical from the inside, and why most coaches mis-diagnose this for years.

**One, both feelings live in the same part of your body.**

That tight, drag-y, "I do not want to" feeling shows up the same way whether the project is genuinely wrong for you or whether you are simply scared of how big a yes it would take. The body cannot tell you the difference. You have to interrogate it.

**Two, calling it misalignment is the less scary option.**

"This is not aligned" sounds like wisdom. "I am scared" sounds naked. Most operators will quietly pick the prettier word every time, and they will never realise they swapped them.

Misalignment feels dead. Fear feels alive. If your "misalignment" still has a pulse in your chest, you are scared, not misaligned.

The cost of calling fear by the wrong name is years of pivots that never had to happen.

Real misalignment feels boring. Fear feels electric.

Next time you label something misaligned, sit with one question.

*If I knew this would succeed, would I still want to walk away?*

If the answer is no, you do not have an alignment problem. You have a courage gap.

You got this💙

𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐀𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐤.

I was setting up my updated money gameplan with the new RPM system I learnt from Tony Robbins, when my AI tool said one small thing that cracked me wide open.

A few minutes later the tears showed up, and I let them.

What I realised in that cry shook me, and it had nothing to do with strategy or systems.

→ The one instruction that flipped me from head into heart
→ The thing I've been quietly carrying for years

Stop Copying My Offer. Copy This Instead.

"Copying offers are dumb. Modelling frameworks are smart."

Most entrepreneurs think copying a working offer copies the result.

Wrong.

The offer is what you see on the page. The approach underneath is what makes it convert.

The Concept

Every working offer is a mirror of the person behind it. Their energy. Their delivery preferences. Their definition of a good week. Clone the surface and you wake up three months later running a business you secretly do not want.

Here is the layer that actually transfers.

→ Copy how I map out my business systems and AI processes, so the work keeps running whether I show up that day or not.

→ Copy how I keep a 1-step business plan anyone can sit down and use immediately, instead of a 47-page strategy doc that quietly never gets opened.

→ Copy how I prioritise my life first, then design the business around being present with my family, instead of chasing every shiny opportunity.

That layer transfers across any industry, any operator, any season. The offer page does not.

Real Example

I sent a client the exact offer and message I used to convert ~15 clients last year without a single sales call.

But instead of copying blindly, he adapted the scripts to his own business. He has already gotten 5+ signups in the past week alone.

That is the part most people miss. Copy the approach. Adapt the offer to fit your work, your buyer, and your life.

Bottom Line

Stop copying offers, templates and/or scripts. Start modelling the approach.

Map your systems. Build a 1-step plan. Put your life first and design the business around it. That layer compounds for years. The offer page rents you a result for a season.

As promised, value in under a minute that took me 7 years and 150+ clients to learn.

Build your business, not mine,

How Small Problems Destroy Your Life (Read This)

Most people think they are stuck because of the big problems. They are not.

After coaching 150+ private clients, I noticed a disturbing statistic among clients.

When something massive hits the family, the livelihood, the health, people rise up. They cancel everything. They sprint. The big stuff always gets handled, because the cost of ignoring it is too loud to miss.

But the thing that quietly traps people for 10, 20, even 30 years is the pebbles.

There’re 2 reasons the small stuff destroys lives that the big stuff never could.

One, big problems demand attention. Pebbles get permission to hide.

A crisis forces a decision today. A pebble whispers "fix me next week" forever. The brain treats the small stuff as background noise, learns to function around it, and quietly stops seeing it at all.

Two, pebbles compound silently because they look harmless one by one.

The meeting that overruns by 30 minutes or the slightly off offer, the resentment toward an unreasonable client.

Each one looks like nothing but when combined, become the actual reason your income, your body, and your relationships have stayed stuck in years.

TLDR: The Big problems get handled. Small ones get compounded - which is why they destroy your life.

Most stuck people are not lazy, untalented, or unlucky.

They have a pebble pile they have learned to walk past every morning, which grows till it overwhelms you.

The “small problems” you tolerate today are the reasons that hold you back for decades.

This week, write down five pebbles in your business or your week.

Pick one and decide whether you remove it or you keep paying its tax for another year.

That single decision, repeated weekly, is the difference between the person who quietly thrives vs those who stay stuck for life.

You got this💙

Marc

P.S. I'm opening a small SWAT-team accountability group for folks ready to lock in their first $100K+ in the next 6 to 12 months. The whole point is to stop tolerating the pebbles and install the systems that actually compound. Inside you get:

- Daily Leads Engine — 3-5 serious daily leads coming to you without chasing or ads
- Golden Offer + Rapid Launch Formula — a simple, profitable recurring offer your buyers love, and the same 90-day playbook 80% of my clients use to clear their first $10K
- Master Implementer Blueprint — your personal high-performance system for time, energy, and focus, so the business runs whether you show up that day or not

Daily updates. Weekly reflections. Unlimited reviews on your offer, content, and sales. Small commitment fee, only for folks ready to stretch. Comment or DM "100K" and I'll send the details.
One question dismantled my client's safe strategy.

Most coaches think their strategy is based on what works. It is not. It is based on what their current self can survive.

A coach I worked with last week had been quietly running the same plan for two years. Decent results, comfortable rhythm, boringly steady. I asked her one question that broke the whole thing open.

"If the highest version of you could pick any strategy, and it was guaranteed to succeed, what would she actually choose?"

She paused for a long time. Then she gave a completely different answer than the one her current calendar suggested. The strategy she was running was not the one she believed in. It was the one her current self could survive.

There are 2 reasons most coaches end up running a strategy they do not actually believe in.

One, the safe strategy is always the one your current self can execute today.

The bolder strategy requires you to grow before it works. The safe one requires you to grow nothing. Guess which one quietly wins the calendar every quarter.

Two, comfort dresses up as wisdom, and the disguise is excellent.

The safe strategy comes with a clean rationale. We tell ourselves "we are being realistic" or "we are playing the long game" or "we are not chasing the next shiny thing." All true. All also camouflage for not stretching.

Your real strategy is what the highest version of you would pick, not what your current self can survive.

The current self plans the year. The highest version cashes it. Most coaches let the wrong one of them run the calendar.

Your strategy is a portrait of who you have already decided to stay.

This week, sit down with one open business decision you have been avoiding. Ask one question. *What would the highest version of me actually choose here?* Write the answer. Then ask why you have not made that choice yet.

You got this💙

The scary way Hitler persuaded millions of people (you do it too).

Hitler wrote about the Big Lie decades ago. The idea was disturbingly simple.

“Say it often enough, in enough rooms, with enough confidence, and people stop questioning it. The lie starts becoming the air they breathe.”

After more than 2,000 coaching conversations, I noticed something almost everyone is doing without realising it:

👉 Most of us are running the Big Lie on ourselves every single day.

For example, most people think they don't have enough time, and have just repeated the lie until it became their truth.

"I don't have enough time." "I am too busy." "This season is just like that."

We say it in the morning. Friends nod at lunch, because they are repeating the same lie. The feed serves more of it back to us at night. Eventually it stops being a belief and just becomes "the truth about my life."

There are 2 reasons this is so dangerous, and why willpower never breaks the trap.

One, mere exposure makes any voice start to feel like truth.

The brain is wired for repetition over evidence. The more you hear something, the more trustable it becomes, regardless of whether it is actually true.

This is also why advertising works. Your inner voice is doing the same job on you for free.

Two, your environment quietly reinforces every lie you repeat.

The friends who agree with whatever you say, or the algorithm which keeps confirming your beliefs.

The cluttered desk that whispers "you are too overwhelmed to start." The lie sources its evidence from the rooms you sit in, the screens you scroll, and the people you trust.

You do not argue your way out of a Big Lie. You change the rooms it lives in.

The inner voice repeats what it hears. The environment is the speaker.

Change the inputs and the lie loses its volume within weeks.

The voice in your head is built by the rooms you sit in.

Pick one environment this week. The physical, the digital, or the social. Find the one feed, room, or person quietly reinforcing your favourite lie. Cut it before the lie compounds for another month.

You got this💙

How "systemising" your business with AI is the most expensive mistake you could make.

AI was never going to fix your revenue problem.

If systems were the answer, the coaches with the deepest tech stacks would not be the ones quietly burning out at $5K a month.

I spent two years systemising my own business before I figured this out. The Custom GPTs got smarter. The funnels got cleaner. The bank account stopped moving. I kept telling myself the next workflow, the next agent, the next dashboard was the one that would finally crack it open. None of them did.

There are three reasons systemising with AI rarely produces more revenue.

The first is that AI just gives avoidance a much prettier outfit.
Every workflow you build is one more day you do not have to post, pitch, follow up, or look at the revenue number that has not moved in two months.

The second is that you end up systemising the wrong thing.
You build elegant automations for a funnel that has never converted, or you wire up a beautiful CRM around two clients instead of going to get the next twenty.

The third is that a bigger stack compounds the gap between activity and revenue, instead of closing it.
The needle was never broken by the lack of a stack. It was broken by the activities you have been quietly avoiding.

The coaches quietly winning with AI right now are not the ones with the deepest builds. They are the ones with the simplest stacks and the highest ratio of revenue activity to system-building activity.

The system is downstream of the sale, never the other way around.

Before you build the next workflow, ask one question. Does this move revenue this week?

If the answer is no, the system gets deferred and the next four hours go to the activity it was meant to make easier in the first place. The pitch, the DM, the post, the call, the follow up with the prospect who went quiet.

That is the discipline that protects you from spending your best years building gorgeous infrastructure around a business that never actually grew.

You got this.
Key Lesson from my $2M/yr mentor:

You're responsible TO your clients, not responsible FOR them.

Yes, you should always do your best & do right by people who pay & trust you...

But never think you have to take the burden of doing everything for them or the emotional burden if they aren't performing at their best.

Doing this affects not just your energy, but also:
- Your loved ones & people around you
- Your clients because they don't get the best of you
- Your community because your content isnt as great as it should be
- Even the client you're worried about because you're training them to rely on you instead of being independent.

I say this because i know many of us want the best of our clients, me included.

But if we start getting emotionally affected by every client who is not where we want them to be...

Nobody benefits.

Be responsible TO your client, not FOR them.

Happy weekend 💙

You DON'T HAVE to be viral to build a 6-figure lifestyle business (do this instead).

Most people believe more views will finally fill their calendar. It usually does the opposite.

I hit a million views in 90 days. I had copied the people pulling huge numbers, and the views actually came. Then I checked my revenue and almost nothing had moved. So I went looking for why some people blow up online and still cannot fill a single offer.

Views get you watched, not trusted.
Someone can watch everything you post and still not feel sure enough to pay you, because watching and trusting are two different things.

People buy from the person they already remember.
When someone finally has the problem you solve, your name only comes up if you stood for one clear thing long enough for it to stick.

Chasing reach quietly trains you to keep changing your message.
Every week you switch angles to chase the algorithm, you reset the trust you were slowly building, so you stay busy and stay forgettable.

The work that actually fills your calendar is building trust, not collecting views. Trust is slower at the start, and it keeps paying you long after a viral week is forgotten. One good month of views gives you a spike. One year of earned trust gives you clients who keep coming back.

Trust is the asset that brings clients, and reach is only a side effect of it.

Pick one outcome you want to be known for, then say it consistently until people can finish your sentence for you. Stop reinventing your message every week. Become the obvious choice for one specific result.

You got this 💙
Marc

P.S. If you want the full breakdown, I put together a free training that walks through the exact model.
After 2,200+ coaching calls, this is the system I use to turn quiet trust into booked clients.

Current trends I’m noticing with a lot of the HAPPY & HIGH performers I chat with:

1. spending less time on social media. Bored of the algorithm. Reclaiming their attention back.

2. High consumption of old-time classics and/or biographies. Way less “how to” stuff. (you have me for that anyway haha)

3. A lot getting very bored of AI hype. Using it less, Not never… just much more intentional and less time “building shit” they don’t need.

4. AI has overwhelmed peoples intuition. High levels of confusion. Ppl trying to come back to trusting their gut, but struggling to know what their “gut” is actually saying because they’ve spent too much time asking ChatGPT & Claude what they should do with their lives hahaha

5. High priority for hosting and going to in person stuff. Zoom fatigue is getting real (announcing our next in-person meetup soon!)

6. A LOT of people don't say it, but are really going through periods of being tested/stretched/challenged: internally or externally. The big question ppl are facing “What am I building? Why am I building it?”… A

7. And beneath that all seems to be the question of whether you’re going to build something that looks good to others or feels good to you.

Hope this helps :)
How To Unlock Your Next Income Level In 5 Minutes A Day

The one number you avoid most is the number quietly running your whole business. You tell yourself you will look at your finances properly when things finally calm down.

I was coaching a service provider who already had real clients and real income, but he froze every time money came up. He looked me in the eye and said he would rather face his most difficult client than face his own numbers. That sentence stopped me, because I have lived in that exact corner myself.

Avoiding a number does not make it smaller, it makes it the loudest thing in the room.

Avoidance does not pause the number, it lets it compound in the dark.
The unpaid invoice, the soft pricing, the leaky subscription all keep growing while you look away, and the gap gets scarier every week you refuse to open it.

The avoided number fogs every decision upstream of it.
You cannot price with confidence, sell without flinching, or choose your next move clearly when a part of you is hiding from what is actually true.

Numbers behave like a crying baby under avoidance. Ignore the cry and it does not go quiet, it only screams louder until you finally turn around and pick it up.

So you stop running. You open the number on purpose. You let it be exactly what it is. The fear shrinks the moment you look straight at it.

The number you are most afraid to open is the one quietly running your business.

Tomorrow morning, before any client work, open one money number and just look at it for five minutes. No fixing, no spreadsheet marathon, only honest looking. Five minutes a day defuses the thing that has been silently steering you.

You got this 💙
Marc
P.S. When you stop hiding from your numbers, your next income level stops feeling like a mystery and starts feeling like a decision.
After 1,200+ clients served, I have watched this one shift change how people price, sell, and lead.

→ See the real number running your business instead of guessing
→ Price and sell without that quiet flinch
→ Make your next move from clarity, not avoidance

How To Completely Reinvent Your Business In 6 Months (Without Burning Your Current One)

You think you need better systems and a sharper strategy. That belief is quietly the reason you keep stalling.

At my workshop last week, attendees kept asking how to systemize their business faster. I walked them back off it. The whole room had been chasing automations and recurring workflows, treating systems like the prize. So I drew three layers on the screen and showed them why they were obsessing over the least important one.

Your business actually runs on three layers, in this order.

Self comes first, and almost nobody works on it.
This is your values, your season of life, your goals, your beliefs about what you are even building. It is the layer most people avoid because it cannot be outsourced to a tool.

Strategy is just your priorities wearing a fancier word.
You spend five hours scheduling content when your real priority is making more of it. Misaligned priorities feel productive and quietly cost you months.

Systems are the least important, even though everyone starts there.
A system only multiplies what already works. When you skip the first two layers, you scale guesswork.

You should never systemize work that is still mediocre.

You cannot automate your way out of a fuzzy self. Strategy built on borrowed priorities collapses under pressure. Systems built on an unclear strategy burn you out. Reinvention starts inward and works outward.

Build the self layer first or every system you install will scale your confusion.

Try this today. Before you touch another tool or tactic, write down what season of life you are actually in and what matters most to you right now. Let that single answer reorder your priorities.

You got this 💙
Marc

P.S. Imagine rebuilding your business around the life you actually want, not the one you accidentally systemized.
I built 7-figure revenue while staying present at home, and I will show you the exact order in a free training.

→ Why your self layer decides everything downstream
→ How to set priorities that actually match your season
→ When to systemize, and when systems quietly hurt you
