My client generated 6 figures... and was still solving the wrong problem.

For context, he has built a six-figure coaching business while running another business and being a busy dad.

He has been posting content, running webinars, and showing up in a Facebook group full of his ideal prospects every single week.

So when he told me his biggest problem was leads, I believed him. For about 30 seconds.

Then I asked one question.

"Who signed up recently and where did they come from?"

Turns out, a woman who just became a paying client told him that inside the same Facebook group he had been posting in, the other members were already talking about him privately.

"Do you watch his videos?"
"Do you read his posts?"

They were recommending him by name in conversations he was never part of. And he had no idea.

I told him straight. Your problem is not leads. You have no system to activate the attention you already have. You are sitting on warm prospects who are one conversation away from paying you. You just have not opened the door yet.

So we mapped out three moves on the spot:

1️⃣ Optimize his content so the right people find him faster and his credibility compounds even when he is not online.

2️⃣ Sharpen his workshop angles so his conversion events become more attractive and more people actually show up.

3️⃣ Create a simple tool he can give away to get more small yeses from people already watching — without it feeling like a sales pitch.

By the end of the call, he did not need more leads. He needed to start conversations with the ones he already had.

After working with 1,200+ folks across almost every industry, I can tell you this happens all the time.

Someone comes in convinced the problem is leads, or content, or pricing. And the real constraint is something they never even considered.

Diagnose before you prescribe.

The wrong diagnosis will cost you 6 months of effort on a problem that was never the real problem.

When you only have about four hours a day to run your business because you want to be home with Baby K and your wife, every single coaching call has to count.

That is why I always diagnose first: I do not have time to let my clients waste months on the wrong problem.

Neither should you.

You got this.

P.S. If you are a coach, consultant, or service provider who wants to consistently hit $10K+ months without chasing clients or burning out, this is what I built my "Your First $10K" Workshop for.

I personally walk you through the exact system I use to get leads, start conversations, and close clients — then I diagnose YOUR business live on the spot.

→ My complete outreach + content playbook (the same system my client above uses)
→ Conversation scripts that convert without feeling salesy
→ AI tools to cut your content and outreach time to minutes
→ Live hot seat coaching where I map the plan to YOUR situation
→ Full recordings, templates, and a custom blueprint you can execute immediately
1,200+ clients served. $6M+ in combined results.

If you're feeling intimidated by all the AI tools, a non-coder like me, still mostly using ChatGPT but interested to maximise your use of AI further, I wrote this for you 👇

Click here for my honest thoughts (I don't really like Claude).
He was making 50 calls a week and barely booking any appointments.

This isn't some beginner who just started yesterday. He's a real estate professional doing multiple six figures, sharp, driven, puts in the work without anyone telling him to.

Two hours blocked every morning for outreach. Every lead tracked. Every follow-up sent manually.

And still... crickets.

So on our call, I asked him something simple.

"Walk me through exactly what you say when someone shows interest. Word for word."

He started talking, and within 30 seconds, I found it.

His invitation was vague. Something like "I can show you how we can leverage this opportunity" and "Let me walk you through what we can do."

Problem is: it sounds like every other pitch these people heard this week. There's nothing specific enough to make someone stop and think "I actually need this."

And this is something I've noticed across 2,200+ coaching calls: the people who struggle with bookings are rarely lazy.

They're usually the hardest workers in the room. The issue isn't effort. It's the words they're using.

Volume without precision is just noise.

So we changed one thing. Not his schedule or "mindset". Just his invitation.

👉 We rewrote the script around a specific outcome with a clear time commitment.

Instead of "let me show you what we can do," it became something like: "I'll map out your top 3 factors to consider before your next investment — takes 15 minutes and you walk away with a clear game plan whether we work together or not."

Same guy. Same leads. Same number of calls. But now the person on the other end actually knows what they're getting and exactly how long it takes. That's what makes them say yes.

👉 We added a follow-up asset he sends right after the initial conversation.

A short video explaining his framework. Takes five minutes to record once, then it works for him forever. Builds trust and credibility between the phone call and the appointment — so prospects show up warm instead of skeptical.

I do something similar in my own business. I've got a simple pre-recorded video that does the heavy lifting before any call even starts.

My wife and Baby K are usually right next door while it's running.

That's the kind of system I built my business around — things that work even when I'm not working.

👉 Use AI to create personalized follow-up materials in minutes.

After each call, he takes a quick voice note, pastes the summary into AI, and gets a custom one-page breakdown he can send to the prospect. Three minutes of work.

Makes him look like the most prepared person they've ever spoken to — because he is.

If you're someone who's putting in the reps but not seeing the results you deserve, I want you to hear this clearly: you don't need to grind harder. You might just need to change the words.

Your effort isn't the problem. Your script might be.

You got this 💙

P.S. If you want the exact outreach scripts, invitation frameworks, and AI follow-up prompts that I've personally used across 150+ clients and 30+ industries to help generate $6M+ in combined results...

I'm running a live Your Next $10K Workshop on March 19th — where I walk you through the complete campaign system to generate leads, clients, and cash in the next 90 days.

You'll get:
→ My proven scripts and templates so you know exactly what to say (and when)
→ AI prompts that turn hours of follow-up work into minutes
→ A full client acquisition campaign you can launch within 7 days
→ Live hot-seat coaching where I diagnose YOUR situation and map your top 3-5 moves

All for $7. One evening. No fluff.

Someone commented "AI slop" on my post earlier today.

...and I personally feel he might be right.

But I'll continue to share content because of a very simple reason.

Check it out here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Ms6gWxpTC/
She earns 5 figures a month, works from anywhere in the world but struggled to launch a $10 workshop.

Client call last week. She had the content, the audience, the skills. Everything lined up. But she couldn't pull the trigger on her first workshop.

So I asked: "What are you actually afraid of?"

"Being seen as a beginner."

This is something I notice across 2,200+ coaching call: the identity that built your success is often the exact one keeping you stuck at the next level.

Her "polished, put-together" identity crushed it in the remote world. But building something from scratch? That requires a completely different version of you — the scrappy, imperfect one willing to look silly on Zoom for a $10 ticket.

And that version was being blocked by an older one whispering: "This isn't up to your standard."

I told her what I remind myself constantly as a stay-at-home dad running a business in ~4 hours a day:

You don't have to kill the old identity. You just have to stop letting it drive the car for every season.

3 things I coached her on:

👉 Stop optimizing, start publishing.

Your first workshop will never meet the "polished" version's standards. That's the point. You're building a new muscle — give yourself the same grace you'd give a first-timer at the gym.

👉 Shift from "how do I look?" to "how can I help?"

I've run workshops that were 80% imperfect but 100% focused on the audience — and those converted better than polished ones where I was in my own head.

👉 Name the identity blocking you — out loud.

When you can say "that's my perfectionist talking, not my entrepreneur," you have a choice instead of a prison.

She messaged me two days later. Workshop date is set. Nothing changed about her strategy — only which version of herself she gave permission to lead.

You got this 💙

P.S. If you're a coach, consultant, or service provider who keeps getting stuck at the starting line — this is exactly what I work through with private clients.

On March 19th, I'm running "Your Next $10K" — the exact client acquisition campaign to generate leads and clients in 4 weeks or less.

THE "AI MAI" ENERGY IS KILLING YOUR BUSINESS (& LIFE).

"Ai mai" — want, but don't want.

I was on a call with a client yesterday. Heart-centred guy. Used to work at a multi-billion dollar company. Really wants to make a difference.

But when I asked him about content, he said something that stopped me.

"I want to do it... but I'm not sure if I really want it."

Not fear. Not laziness. Just this weird in-between where he knows it matters but can't move.

I told him straight — that "ai mai" energy is the most destructive place an entrepreneur can sit in.

You never fully commit. You never fully quit. You burn all your energy on the decision instead of the action.

After 2,200+ coaching calls, I can tell you: this is almost never a strategy problem. It's an identity problem.

He had an inner critic that had been running the show since college. That part kept him safe, made him look competent, landed him a career most people dream of.

But that same part was now suffocating the bold, creative version of him. The one that would just post the damn thing without overthinking it for two days.

So I asked him to recall a time he pushed through something hard and came out winning.

His whole energy shifted. Posture changed. Voice changed.

Different man.

🚀 The version of you that's going to build what you want already exists. You've just stopped letting him drive.

Your inner critic is brilliant at one thing: protecting your image. It'll keep you "looking okay" forever.

But "looking okay" and building something meaningful? Two very different games.

I built my business around being home with Baby K every day. Not because I had the perfect plan — but because I decided the version of me who values presence and freedom gets to lead.

NOT the version who needs everything perfect before he moves.

If you're stuck in "ai mai" right now — ask yourself: which version of me is making the decisions?

And is that the one who's going to get me where I want to go?

You got this 💙

P.S. If you're a coach, consultant, or service provider stuck in that $3K-$10K zone and you know something needs to shift...

I'm running a live workshop — Your Next $10K — where I walk you through the exact client acquisition campaign I give my private clients ($5K-$20K+).

This is the system behind $6M+ in combined client results across 150+ clients and 30+ industries.

"I really want to do it... but then my brain just jams."

She said this out loud during our coaching call and made a confession most entrepreneurs are too proud to admit out loud.

For context, this lady is highly experienced & has worked with some huge industry name (whom you might've heard of before).

She was talking about trying to learn a new tech AI tool. But she could have been talking about funnels, content creation, or launching her next offer.

We've all been there.

You see someone else crushing it with a new strategy, so you sit down at your laptop to try it... and you completely freeze. You end up reorganizing your desk or scrolling for an hour instead of executing.

I stopped her right there.

👉 "Your brain isn't jamming because the tactics are too complicated. It's jamming because you're trying to fire an arrow without a target."

The best AI tools, elite coaching, or the newest marketing tactics will not change your life. You need to first get clear on what you actually want and commit to it.

If you are tired of feeling heavy and stuck every time you sit down to work, here is how you fix the "brain jam" today:

1. Define your actual target.

Before you buy another course, define what "winning" actually looks like for you.

Are you trying to build a $50K/month empire that requires 60-hour weeks? Or a $15K/month business that lets you be done by 3 PM to pick up your kids? The strategy must match the life you want.

2. Pick ONE pipeline and put blinders on.

You don't need a complex webinar funnel, a daily TikTok strategy, and a podcast all at once.

You need ONE simple, proven system to put qualified leads in front of you every week. Pick it, commit to it, and ignore the rest of the noise.

3. Choose integration over information.

Stop consuming. Start implementing. Take messy, imperfect action on that single pipeline.

You can't optimize a system you haven't launched yet.

Are you building your business with intention... or are you just drowning in tactics?

You got this.

— Marc

P.S. If your brain has been jamming every time you try to figure out where your next client is coming from, let's fix it.

On March 19th, I'm hosting a LIVE 2.5-hour virtual workshop: Your Next $10K. We aren't covering a million different theories. I'm going to walk you through the EXACT step-by-step campaign I use to generate 5-10 qualified leads a week, so you can stop guessing and just execute.

Early access is $7 right now. Comment "10K" below and I'll send you the private invite link.

P.P.S. If you want to attend my AI & YOU client mastermind happening later this month to maximise AI beyond just ChatGPT...reply "AI"& I'll send you details too!

I was on a coaching call this week with a former government director who built a 6-figure health & wellness business while being present with her family.

I was on a coaching call this week with a client: former government director, built a 6-figure health & wellness business while being present with her family.

Her content is working and buyers are coming in consistently.

But she couldn't break past a certain number.

So I asked her: "When someone lands on your content, what do they see?"

It was all stories, lifestyle, and connection posts — and her audience genuinely loves her for it.

But almost none of it showed what she actually knows — her beliefs, her frameworks, her way of solving the problem.

People liked her. They just didn't know why they should pay HER specifically.

This is one of the most common ceilings I see after 2,200+ coaching calls.

Following comes from connection; but buying comes from showing you understand & explain their problem better than others.

So I told her: you don't need to become a lecturer. Just start sharing the things you believe that other people in your space don't.

I asked her: "What's one thing you tell clients that goes against what everyone else says?"

She said: "Most people think they need to exercise furiously to lose weight. I disagree — I've helped people transform without ever stepping into a gym."

That right there is a post. Five minutes later, she had six content ideas — all from things she already says on her calls every single week.

The content was already inside her, she just wasn't putting it out there.

👉 Look at your last 10 posts and ask: could someone tell what I actually help people with?

If all they see is your lifestyle and your story but nothing about how you think or what you believe about the problem you solve, they'll follow you but they won't buy from you.

You need both, not just one.

👉 Write down 3 beliefs you hold that most people in your space disagree with.

Not technical breakdowns or step-by-step tutorials — just things you say on calls all the time that make clients go "I never thought of it that way."

Each one of those is a post, and you can probably write all three in 15 minutes because you already know them by heart.

👉 Pull from your coaching calls and client conversations — the content is already there.

Record yourself when you're teaching, take voice notes after a good call, or just write down the one thing you said today that made someone pause.

My client found six content ideas in five minutes doing exactly this — she didn't need new ideas, she just needed to start capturing the ones she already had.

As a dad building my 6-figure business in about four hours a day, every post has to pull double duty.

That one shift changed everything for me too.

You got this 💙

P.S. If you're getting attention but it's not converting into the revenue you know you're capable of...

This is exactly what I walk people through inside my live workshop — "Your Next $10K."

→ The full system mapped out step by step

"I need to take a break from you and the family."

That sentence sounds terrible out of context. But it was actually one of the healthiest things I've said to my wife recently.

Before Baby K arrived, I had a weekly ritual — solo cafe sessions with just my laptop, coffee, and uninterrupted thinking time. Some of my best business decisions were made staring at a flat white.

Then life changed. And slowly, without noticing... my thinking got duller. Deep work didn't feel as deep.

Then I realised I hadn't spent a single full day alone in weeks.

So I did something about it — and what happened next surprised even me.
Read the rest here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17P26RMiRT/
I told one of my youngest clients something that made him go quiet.

"Your suffering right now has meaning."

He does agency work for 7-9 figure entrepreneurs. Real work for serious people.

But the pay? Nowhere close to what he wants. He came to our call frustrated as he felt the hours aren't leading anywhere.

So I asked him, "Do you realize what you're actually building right now?"

After 2,200+ coaching calls, I've seen this pattern dozens of times.

The people who eventually command premium rates aren't the ones who skipped the early grind.

They did the reps when it didn't make financial sense yet and built the skills, proof, and relationships that made them irreplaceable later.

Suffering without direction is just pain, but suffering with purpose is how empires are made.

So I told him to stop thinking of himself as someone doing low-paid work. You're being paid to learn.

You're being paid to build proof. You're installing mental models that no course can teach and no AI can replace.

If you're in that season right now, here's how to make sure the reps actually count:

👉 Go deep, not wide.

One content strategist I know spent six years going deep with one entrepreneur before they scaled to over a million subscribers together. He didn't chase 10 clients at $35 each.

He went all in on one, mastered the craft, and built something he could leverage forever. Pick fewer clients and learn everything you can from them.

👉 Document your proof as you go.

Every result you help create is a future testimonial, case study, or portfolio piece. Don't wait until you "make it" to start collecting proof. Screenshot the wins. Ask for feedback. Build the evidence now while you're in the trenches.

👉 Build mental models, not just task skills.

Tools change every two years. CapCut, Canva, Claude, whatever comes next. But first principles thinking, understanding what makes content convert, knowing how to diagnose a business...that compounds forever.

Focus on the thinking behind the work, not just the work itself.

If you're underpaid and overworked right now, ask yourself one question:

Are you building reps toward something specific, or are you just busy?

You got this 💙

P.S. If you want a clear system to turn your skills into consistent $10K+ months in 4 weeks or less, I'm running a live workshop on March 19th.This is the exact campaign I give my private clients ($5K to $20K):

I asked my client one question on a coaching call this week... and he went completely silent for about 10 seconds.

He's a financial educator with thousands of followers. Running workshops, building his newsletter, studying for a certification, creating content, managing community, and juggling family.

He said he was tired. Not burnt out. Just... tired of being busy without feeling like he's actually moving forward.

So I asked him: "Out of everything you do in your business, what actually makes you feel alive?" Silence.

Then he said: creating content from personal experience and teaching live. That's it. Everything else?

He could take or leave. That's the pattern I see after 2,200+ coaching calls: ost entrepreneurs spend 80% of their time on stuff that drains them.

Then wonder why they feel stuck despite being "busy" every single day. When Baby K was born, I had to confront this in my own business. I couldn't keep doing everything.

So I mapped every activity I do and sorted them into three buckets:

👉 What's my zone of genius?

Keep it. For me that's coaching, personal content, and building tools & frameworks. That's where I spend almost all of my 4-hour work days.

👉 What drains me but still needs to happen?

Delegate or automate. Teaching content used to take me 45 minutes per piece. Now I run my coaching call transcripts through AI and produce emails in 5 minutes each. Video editing goes straight to my team.

👉 What drains me AND doesn't need to happen?

Eliminate. I cut all content I don't enjoy creating. My audience can feel the difference. If you want to find yours, do this:

List every activity you do in your business that happens more than once. Then ask yourself two questions for each one.

Does this make me feel alive or does it drain me?

And can someone (or something) else do this at 80% of my quality?

If it drains you AND someone else can do it, it doesn't belong on your plate.

Your business should be designed around what makes you come alive. Not around what keeps you busy.

You got this 💙

P.S. I'm running an AI Mastermind on March 28 where I'll walk through my actual systems for running a 7-figure business in ~4 hours a day as a stay-at-home dad.

Physical tickets are almost full, but virtual tickets are now available. You'll get the full live virtual experience plus recordings if you can't make it.

→ My exact zone of genius workflow (what I keep, delegate, and automate with AI)
→ How I turn one coaching call into 5+ pieces of content
→ The AI tools I actually use daily (not 50 random apps)
→ How to structure AI around YOUR priorities so you don't get overwhelmed

I've been in the personal growth space for 10+ years. Watched thousands of people succeed and fail with the exact same tools and strategies.

And after building out AI systems for my own business over the past few months, I'm now convinced of two things:

→ What I've been packaging into courses and trainings is changing dramatically
→ What actually determines who succeeds — and who doesn't — has almost nothing to do with information

I'm sharing exactly what I think will matter most in the next few years, and what I'm rebuilding my entire program around because of it.

I told my client to stop talking strategy & close his eyes.

He thought I was crazy. 60 seconds later, he understood why nothing had been working.

He left a multi-billion dollar company to build his own coaching practice helping corporates with wellness and performance. Smart, capable, deeply experienced.

However, he was completely stuck even after "thinking" for such a long time.

So instead of fixing his strategy, I asked him to find the different parts of himself.

👉 The part that used to feel genuinely excited about growth.

When he found it, his posture shifted and his voice changed completely. That version had been dormant for months because his critical, analytical side had taken over every decision.

👉 The warrior that once pushed through something brutal and came out stronger.

Something lit up that I hadn't seen all session. But that part only showed up when he had someone external to prove wrong, and lately the fire had gone quiet.

👉 The part that doesn't overthink everything and is just...chill & relaxed.

He told me that version hadn't shown up in over a year. No wonder he's so tense!

👉 And his "overthinking", analytical side?

That part isn't bad. It's actually been trying to protect him this whole time by making sure he doesn't fail or look stupid.

Every single one of these parts exists for a reason and serves a purpose.

The problem isn't that you have them.
The problem is when one hijacks the steering wheel and the rest go silent.

Your income will never outgrow your psychology, and that includes knowing which part of you is running the show.

Next time you catch yourself spiralling in overthinking or avoidance, pause and ask out loud "who's driving right now?"

Name the part. It sounds simple but it interrupts the autopilot and gives you a real choice about which version of yourself takes over next.

I get to do this work from my home office while Baby K is playing in the next room. That's why I built my business this way.

You got this 💙

P.S. This is the kind of inner work most people skip when they start using AI for their business. They go straight to tools and prompts, but if the wrong version of you is driving, AI just makes you faster at the wrong things.

On April 8th I'm running a live virtual workshop called AI & YOU where I'll walk you through the exact principles, prompts, and systems I use to run my coaching business in ~4 hours a day. Not theory. Actual workflows you can deploy that same week.

What you'll walk away with:

→ How to think about AI so it actually works for YOUR business, not someone else's tutorial
→ The exact prompts and workflows I use across content, marketing, and daily operations (live demos, zero coding)
→ How to scale with AI without sounding like everyone else
→ A Q2 game plan for your next 90 days across health, wealth, relationships, and self

Reply 'AI' for the link.
AI hasn't increased my bank account at all.

And that was after spending hundreds of hours using it.

A few months ago, I reviewed my finances and sat with something embarrassing — I'd built impressive tools, saved a ton of time, and experimented endlessly…but my revenue hadn't moved the way it should have.

Especially hard to admit as someone who coaches people on clarity and priorities for a living.

But I'm sharing it because I see so many entrepreneurs going through the exact same thing right now.

So I asked myself one honest question — and the answer led to 3 shifts that changed everything for me...

Click here to read the full post: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1E98Cbjn1v/
The smartest people I coach are usually the most stuck.

I was on a call recently with a sharp, intelligent corporate professional who came to me completely burnt out. Not the "I need a holiday" kind. The kind where you wake up with brain fog, guilt, and this heavy feeling you can't shake.

He'd been doing everything right on paper. But something was off and he couldn't figure out what.

So I asked him one question: "What are you actually feeling right now? Not what's going on. Just the emotion."

He couldn't answer. Because like most high-performers, he'd gotten so good at suppressing what he felt that he couldn't even name it anymore.

And after 2,200+ coaching calls, I can tell you this is one of the most common patterns I see in driven people. We push emotions down and keep grinding, thinking that if we just execute harder, the heaviness will go away. It doesn't. It compounds.

Because every emotion has a function. Anger means your boundaries have been crossed. Grief is love that doesn't know where to go. Guilt is a sign you care about something deeply enough to feel the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

The issue is never the emotion. The issue is that we suppress it until it starts running the show from the background.

If this sounds like you, here are 3 things that actually help:

👉 Name the emotion out loud, without context.

Most people say "I'm stressed because of X" or "I'm frustrated about Y." Drop the story. Just say the raw feeling: "I feel shame." "I feel anger." "I feel grief." When you strip the context, you stop intellectualizing it and actually start to feel it. That's where the processing begins.

👉 Ask "what is this emotion trying to tell me?" instead of "how do I get rid of it?"

We treat negative emotions like problems to solve. But they're signals, not symptoms. When one of my private clients shifted from fighting his anxiety to asking what it was protecting him from, he made more progress in two weeks than in the previous six months of pushing through.

👉 Build a release habit, not just a productivity habit.

You have a morning routine, a content calendar, and a to-do list. But do you have a regular practice for letting things out?

Whether it's journaling, moving your body intensely, or even just sitting with silence for 10 minutes a day, you need a place where the pressure valve opens. Otherwise you're building on top of a foundation that's quietly cracking.

Your business can't outgrow what you're carrying internally. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop and feel what you've been avoiding.

My mum just got laid off...But I still don't think she should retire.

Everyone's telling her: "Wah, finally can rest lah. You deserve it."

And I get it. She worked hard for decades.
But I can't say that to her.

Because I watched it happen to my dad. The man who used to be sharp and engaged... slowly disappeared. Not because of age — but because he stopped growing.

Now looking at my mum — still sharp, still full of energy — I keep asking myself: what actually keeps someone truly ALIVE?

→ Why I'll never tell her to retire
→ What my dad's story taught me
→ Why I see the same thing in people way younger too...

I built my client a full professional newsletter in 10 minutes. He said it felt like a bomb hit him.

He's a rather successful real estate professional doing multiple six figures. Sharp guy, knows his market inside out, works hard every single day.

But he had 1,000 leads sitting in his phone and no system to stay in touch with them. No newsletter. No monthly touchpoint. Nothing keeping him top of mind between calls.

So on our coaching call, I asked him: "What would you send these people every month if you could?" He went quiet. "I don't know. I tried Gemini but I couldn't get it to do what I wanted."

That's when I realized the problem wasn't AI. It was that nobody taught him how to think with AI.

So I opened Claude, shared my screen, and brain dumped a prompt in about 90 seconds. Who his audience is. What they care about. What his X-factor is as an agent. What the newsletter should achieve. And I told AI to ask me questions before building anything.

10 minutes later, we had a fully designed, branded newsletter with real market data, insights tailored to his audience, and a built-in call to action for one-on-one consultations. Ready to send to 1,000 people.

His response? "Like a bomb hit me."

AI won't save your business. Your thinking will. AI just makes it faster.

Most people try AI, get a generic output, and assume it doesn't work. But the issue was never the tool.

It was that they went in empty-handed, with no context, no clarity on what they actually needed, and no framework for how to direct it.

The people who win with AI aren't the most technical. They're the ones who can articulate their problem clearly, bring their own expertise to the table, and let AI handle the execution.

I do all of these while chilling at home, when Baby K is in the other room, and enjoying my life. The whole thing took less time than it takes to make dinner. That's the kind of leverage I built my business around.

If you're putting in the hours but still doing everything manually, the answer isn't more effort. It's a better way of thinking.

You got this 💙

P.S. If you want to upgrade your thinking & use AI to grow your business without writing a single line of code...

I'm hosting a full-day AI mastermind with my mentor Bryan Ang and friend Kevin Wee where we walk you through everything:

→ How to use AI to create content, systems, and client tools in minutes
→ The thinking framework that turns a basic prompt into a powerful output
→ Live demos and hands-on practice you can apply to YOUR business immediately
→ How to do all of this while staying authentically you (zero coding required)

Physical event & virtual workshop included.

Comment 'AI' for details.
I believe trying to become an AI expert is a mistake.

Most people chasing AI mastery are actually moving further from their goals — not closer.

I don't code. I don't build fancy dashboards. I'm just a stay-at-home dad running a 6-figure coaching business in 20 hours a week. And I've narrowed my entire AI focus down to just 4 use cases that actually move the needle.

I break down exactly what they are (and why most people get this completely backwards) in the full post.

This 1 skill that will make you more money from AI (guaranteed).

It's not a new app, workflow, or prompt library.

Last night I ran a training that had nothing to do with AI, but I'm convinced it will make my clients more money from AI than any tool ever could.

Because AI amplifies whoever is sitting behind it.

I taught something called simple parts work. In short, you have multiple parts of you, a hustler, a protector, a creator, a strategist, etc. Every one of them exists to serve you.

The problem is most people let one part run the show for years and never question it. Across 2,200+ coaching calls, this is the pattern I see more than any other.

Here're three things I taught you can do today:

👉 Name the part of you that's been driving your behaviour.

A client this week, investment coach doing multiple six figures, called his "The Hustler." The moment he named it, he could see it running the show instead of being controlled by it.

Try it. Think about the area of your life where you feel most stuck and give that version of you a name.

👉 Ask what it cost you, but also honour what it gave you.

The Hustler isn't the enemy. It got him through corporate and kept food on the table. But now it's the thing capping his growth.

Every part of you exists because it worked at some point. The question isn't good or bad. It's whether it's still the right gear for this season of your life.

And when you feed an unexamined pattern into AI, all you get is faster burnout with better tools.

👉 Identify the part you've been suppressing and start a conversation with it.

Most people burn out not from working too hard, but from suppressing parts of themselves for too long.

Write a short letter to that part and ask what it's been trying to protect you from. You will be surprised what surfaces.

AI will make you rich, but only if the person behind the screen knows who they're being and why.

I practise this before coaching calls, before content, before I close my laptop and go be with Baby K & wife.

And it's what helped me make quite a bit of money too.

P.S. Great news!! If you've been wanting to go deeper on AI but also on the foundation that makes AI actually work for you, this is it.

A few friends asked me to do a Show & Tell of the actual AI workflows I'm using. So we're hosting a small event called AI & YOU: Your Playbook for Business, Money & Life.

I'm bringing in my marketing mentor Bryan who's built AI-powered systems generating over $30M in tracked results, and Kevin Wee who's proof that authenticity is still the unfair advantage even when AI makes everyone sound the same.

We'll break down:

→ The principles and mental models that separate the top 1% of AI users from everyone else
→ Exact tools, prompts and workflows across content, marketing, operations and productivity, demonstrated live
→ How to use AI without losing the thing that makes people trust you: your real voice
→ A Q1 review and Q2 game plan so you leave with clear priorities for the next 90 days

Limited seats, but there's a virtual option where you get all the recordings plus some of the tools I personally use.

Reply 'AI' and I'll send you the details.
Some days, I feel like I'm not doing enough.

And the hardest part? I don't even let myself say it out loud.

Because I run a 6-figure lifestyle business in 20 hours a week. I've coached 2,200+ calls. I teach productivity for a living.

So who am I to complain?

But some nights I still catch myself thinking: "Why am I not doing as well as others?"

Would you like me to map out your entire AI blueprint and audit your business... for free?

I just announced something I have been quietly building for the past few months.
In short... next quarter, I am setting up custom AI systems for every client who works with me.

Content, coaching, sales, playbooks, life admin... all personalised and set up by me in days.

And the free 1-on-1 call I am offering before I go live might be the most valuable thing I have ever put out there...

→ What the custom AI setup actually includes
→ Why I am front-loading AI so I can focus on what really matters
→ What you will walk away with from the call (at zero cost)
