Manchester City are preparing an offer of around €40 million for Borussia Monchengladbach defensive midfielder Denis Zakaria, according to the Tier 1 german journalist Christian Falk.

It is believed that he will be the 'perfect' player to replace Fernandinho, who is leaving at the end of the season.
