Even if you don't consume dairy, the waste from the cows will very likely end up used for growing your vegetables or in the water you drink. It affects us all.

I saw this talk in St Anne's last week it was fabulous. Well worth going too this even if your a vegetarian as you may be surprised about the facts he presents.
I ain't got any health issues nor been poorly in 8 yrs not even with a headache but if I suffered with an autoimmune disease I'd deffo try the carnivore diet for sure.
