At the Berkshire Hathaway shareholders' meeting, he said that real estate transactions require too much time, negotiations and participants, while stocks can be purchased in minutes and anonymously.
According to him, the US stock market offers more opportunities. Buffett also noted that his late partner Charlie Munger was interested in real estate, but if he had to choose between the two instruments, he would have preferred stocks. ㅤ
"At 94, I don't have time for long deals,"
