We’ve received yet again credible information that a sweep of the encampment tonight is very likely. This is an urgent call for community members to come out and protect the encampment against a potential raid!
Last week, after facing a threat of a raid and asking for a strong community presence, many of you were quick to come out and support. We saw just how significant our numbers were in calling off the raid and maintaining the camp.
Please remember that with lower numbers, the camp and our members are more vulnerable and susceptible to harm.
That being said, we have programming running throughout the night as this is likely when the sweep will happen. Join us tonight in defending our community‼️

‼️Pack the Board room this Friday + Hurriya General Meeting‼️
🇵🇸This Friday at 9am in the Hannah admin building the Board of Trustees will hold their first meeting of the semester. We need you all to pack the room and speak out for divestment. Don't let MSU continue its complicity in genocide!
🕊️On Tuesday at 7:30pm in Bessey 107 we will hold a speaker prep session to help you write your speech and walk you through signing up.
☮️ After the Board meeting the coalition will hold our first general meeting of the year at 3pm (location TBA). The meeting will be a discussion on the progress made over the summer and how to get involved in the campaign.

🚨This Friday we need to pack the board room for divestment! It will be our last chance before finals week to confront all 8 board members and Guskiewicz🚨
Last semester they declared, with no input from the students, that divestment is impossible and will never happen. At the board meeting, and immediately after, we will be demanding that the Trustees put divestment back on table and negotiate a pathway to full divestment. It is time that MSU takes a stand against genocide and colonialism, join us this Friday!
