एकाच फॉर्म मध्ये आपण सर्व जिल्हासाठी applicable होऊ शकतो यासाठी काही प्रयत्न केले तर चांगल होईल
कारण आत्ताच पोलिस भरती आणि भूमी अभिलेख exam झालेत त्यात आपण बघितले काही जिल्ह्यांचे cut off हे खूप जास्त तर काही जिल्ह्यांचे cut off फारच कमी लागलेत . विद्यार्थ्यास एकच जिल्हा निवडावयाचा असल्याने हे झालेत ...
अशावेळेस luck factor हा खूप मोठा esue होऊन जातो म्हणजे विद्यार्थ्याच्या अभ्यास असूनही चांगले मार्क्स असूनही फक्त जिल्हा निवडण्यात झालेल्या चुकी मुळे बरेचश्या मुलांचे selection झाले नाहीत. पण जर एकाच exam मध्ये आपण सर्व जिल्ह्यांसाठी applicable झालो तर जे चांगले मार्क्स वालेत विद्यार्थी असतील त्यांच्यावर अन्याय होणार नाही मार्क्स नुसार कोणत्याना कोणत्या जिल्ह्यात select होतीलच. त्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांकडून preference मागवू शकतात.
ITI INSTRUCTOR exam हि अश्याच प्रकारे घेण्यात आली होती ... त्यात प्रत्येक विभागानुसार preference मागवण्यात आले होते . मार्क्स नुसार त्या विभागात selection होईल.
मग ZP साठी का नाही एक FORM एक EXAM एक POST for ALL DISTRICTS
