✔️In India, a Calling Attention Notice is a parliamentary device used to draw the attention of the government to a matter of urgent public importance.

✔️This notice is typically given by a Member of Parliament (MP) to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha or the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.

*Procedure for Calling Attention Notice:*

✔️An MP gives written notice to the Speaker/Chairman before 10 am on a day when the House is scheduled to meet.

✔️The notice should specify the matter of urgent public importance and the reasons for raising it.

✔️The Speaker/Chairman decides whether to admit the notice or not.

*Rules Governing Calling Attention Notice:*

✔️The notice should not relate to a matter that is already being considered by a parliamentary committee.

✔️The notice should not contain any defamatory or unparliamentary language.

✔️The MP who gives the notice should be present in the House when the matter is taken up for discussion.

✔️According to the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Lok Sabha, a Member of Parliament (MP) can give a maximum of:

✔️10 Calling Attention Notices in a session (Rule 197)

✔️5 Calling Attention Notices in a month (Rule 197)

✔️However, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha has the discretion to allow more notices if they deem it necessary.

✔️In the Rajya Sabha, the rules are similar:

- 7 Calling Attention Notices in a session (Rule 180)
- 3 Calling Attention Notices in a month (Rule 180)

✅5-6 दिवसात पण Approach batch बघून होऊ शकते. ज्यांनी अजून घेतली नाही त्यांना अजूनही वेळ आहे.🙏🙏🙏
