Note: The noun cure takes for: There is no cure for that disease.

Note: People die of illness, of hunger, of thirst, of or from wounds; from overwork; by violence, by the sword, by pestilence; in battle; for a cause; through neglect; on the scaffold; at the stake.

(a) by/at/about:

(b) with/in:
✖️Don't say: Jane was disappointed from her son.

✔️Say: Jane was disappointed with/in her son.

Note: Before a person we use “with” or “in”, before a thing we use “at”, “about” or “by” and before a gerund we use “at”: Keith is very disappointed at not winning the prize. We use “that” (optional before a new clause): I was disappointed (that) I didn't get an invitation.

आज ११ सप्टेंबर,
ह्याच दिवशी १२५ वर्षापूर्वी, १८९३ साली स्वामी विवेकानंदांच्या सिंहगर्जनेने शिकागो धर्म परिषद दणाणून गेली होती, पण ह्या गर्जनेत कोणा धर्माचा द्वेष नव्हता, परंतु संपूर्ण विश्वातील लोकांना आपापले धर्मपालन करीत कशा प्रकारे विश्वबंधुत्व जपले पाहिजे हा सनातन हिंदू धर्माच्या तत्वज्ञानावर आधारित समन्वयाचा व वैश्विकशांतीचा संदेश दिला होता.

आयोजक व ख्रिचन मिशनरी यांचा हा नियोजन पूर्वक प्रयत्न होता कि ह्या धर्म सभेच्या निमित्ताने संपूर्ण जगास दाखवून द्यायचे कि "ख्रिश्चन धर्म हाच कसा जगातील श्रेष्ठ धर्म आहे", परंतु स्वामीजींच्या ओजस्वी वाणी ने लोकांना पहिल्याच दिवशी असे काही जिंकून घेतले कि रोज सभे मध्ये जेव्हा श्रोत्यांची संख्या कमी होऊ लागत असे तेव्हा आयोजक सूचना करायचे कि स्वामी विवेकानंदांचे भाषण शेवटी होणार आहे म्हणून, मग लोकही ते ऐकण्याच्या हेतून पूर्ण दिवस बसून राहत.

दुर्दैवाने आपल्या बहुतांश लोकांना एवढेच माहित असते कि, स्वामी विवेकानंद यांनी शिकागोच्या धर्म परिषदेत "अमेरिकेच्या माझ्या बंधू आणि भगिनीनो" असे म्हटले होते ह्या हून अधिक माहिती नसते.

मुळात म्हणजे ते स्वामी विवेकानंदांचे जगतविख्यात भाषण हे शिकागो येथे भरलेल्या धर्म सभेतील पहिल्या दिवशी, जगभारातून आलेल्या विविध धर्मगुरू व तत्वज्ञानी मंडळींची शहरातून जंगी मिरवणूक काढलेली होती व या स्वागतास उत्त्तर म्हणून आपापली थोडक्यात ओळख करून देण्यासाठी प्रत्येकी ५ मिनिटे दिली होती.

त्या स्वागताच्या उत्तरातील भाषणाची सुरवात करत असताना स्वामी विवेकानंदांची "Sisters and brothers of America" अश्या हृदयातून दिलेल्या हाकेने केली होती, ह्या वाक्यावरूनच समजते कि पुढील भाषण विश्वबंधुत्वाच्या संदेशाने ओतप्रोत भरलेले असणार, ६-७ हजार स्त्री पुरुष दाटीवाटीने बसलेले होते आणि वीज चमकावी तसा टाळ्यांचा कडकडात सलग पाच मिनिटे चालू होता, काय जादू केली होती त्या पाच शब्दांनी ते अनुभवणारे लोक व दुसर्या दिवशीची अमेरिकेतल वर्तमानपत्रे रकानेच्या रकाने भरून वर्णन करीत होती. या पुण्य भूमी भारताने आजवर अनेक पंथ व संप्रदाय व धर्माच्या लोकांना आश्रय दिला होता त्याच भूमीचा सुपुत्र सनातन हिंदू धर्माची महती गातानाच त्या धर्मसभेला शिवमहिम्न स्तोत्र व भगवद गीतेतील अवतरणे देत होते.

या संपूर्ण धर्म परिषदेत स्वगातोत्तर भाषण पकडून स्वामीजींनी एकूण सहा भाषणे दिली होती.
ती पुढील प्रमाणे,

१) स्वागतास उत्तर
२) धर्माधर्मातील कलहांचे मूळ
३) हिंदुधर्म
४) दरिद्री मूर्तिपूजक
५) बौद्धधर्माचा हिंदू धर्माशी संबंध
६) समारोप (भाषण)

हे भाषण फक्त पाश्चात्य जगात हलवून सोडणारे नाही ठरले तर गुलामगिरीत पिचत पडलेल्या कोट्यावधी भारतीयांना मोहनिद्रेतून जागे करणारेही ठरले.
आपलाही धर्म आहे व त्याचा प्रतिनिधी म्हणून कोण एक बंगाली युवक धर्म परिषदेत आपले प्रतिनिधित्व करतोय व त्याने ती परिषद व अमेरिकेतील लोकांची हृदये जिंकून घेतलीत हे सात समुद्र अलीकडील आपल्या देशातल्या जनतेशी काल्ण्यावाचून राहिले नाही,

काय दैवी योगायोग म्हणावा कि पूर्व नियोजित नियतीचा खेळ !
ज्या १८९३ च्या सप्टेंबर ११ तारखेला समस्त जगाला व त्यातील धर्मांच्या लोकांना स्वामीजींनी अमेरिकेतच विश्वबंधुत्वाचा व जागतिक शांततेचा हिंदू धर्माच्या शिकवणीवर आधारित संदेश दिला होता त्याच दिवसापासून बरोबर १०८ वर्षांनी त्याच अमेरिकेत २००१ सालच्या सप्टेबर च्याच ११ तारखेला जागतिक व्यापार केंद्रावर इस्लामी अतिरेकी ओसामा-बिन-लादेन याने महाविध्वंसक असा दहशतवादी हल्ला केला होता. कोण जाणे स्वामीजींना त्यांच्या दृष्ट्या अश्या दृष्टीस हे भावी धोके व संकटे दिसली असतील म्हणूनच त्यांनी सावध तर केले नसेल !

स्वामीजींनी दिलेला संदेश जर आपण आत्मसात करून हिंदू धर्मातील उदात्त तत्वे आपण आत्मसात करू व जगालाही मुक्त हस्ताने देऊ व ती आचारली जातील तर नक्कीच खात्रीपूर्वक जगात विश्वबंधुत्व नांदायला वेळ लागणार नाही.
