खोडद-नारायणगाव (पुणे): येथील ‘जायंट मीटरवेव्ह रेडिओ टेलिस्कोप’ ही जगातील सर्वात मोठी रेडिओ दुर्बीण आहे. रेडिओ दुर्बिणीचे कार्य कसे चालते याचा ‘लाइव्ह डेमो’ येथे पाहता येतो.
राष्ट्रीय रेडिओ खगोलभौतिकी केंद्र (एनसीआरए) (पुणे) :
-खगोलशास्त्रात संशोधन करणारी ही महत्त्वाची संस्था.
-वातावरणातील प्रकाशकिरण, एक्स रे, गॅमा रे, इन्फ्रारेड, रेडिओ लहरींचा अभ्यास करून त्याचे संशोधन या संस्थेत केले जाते.
- संस्थेतर्फे खोडद येथे जगातील सर्वात मोठा रेडिओ टेलिस्कोप उभारण्यात आला आहे.
सेंटर फॉर डेव्हलपमेंट ऑफ अॅडव्हान्स कम्प्युटिंग (सी डॅक)
- विविध प्रकारच्या सुपरकम्प्युटर्सबरोबरच रिमोट व्होटिंग, बायोटेक्नोलॉजी, पेटंटस, रिमोट सेन्सिंग, भारतीय भाषांमध्ये कम्प्युटर्सचा वापर आदीबाबत सी-डॅकमध्ये संशोधन सुरू आहे.

- प्राण्यांसाठी जीवघेण्या ठरणाऱ्या विषाणूंचा अभ्यास, त्यावर संशोधन करून लस विकसित करण्याचे काम येथे चालते.
- एन्फ्लुएन्झा, हिपेटायटिस, मलेरिया व अन्य साथीच्या रोगांवरचे तसेच स्वाईन फ्ल्यू बाबतचे संशोधनही येथे सुरू आहे.

खोडद-नारायणगाव (पुणे): येथील ‘जायंट मीटरवेव्ह रेडिओ टेलिस्कोप’ ही जगातील सर्वात मोठी रेडिओ दुर्बीण आहे. रेडिओ दुर्बिणीचे कार्य कसे चालते याचा ‘लाइव्ह डेमो’ येथे पाहता येतो.
राष्ट्रीय रेडिओ खगोलभौतिकी केंद्र (एनसीआरए) (पुणे) :
-खगोलशास्त्रात संशोधन करणारी ही महत्त्वाची संस्था.
-वातावरणातील प्रकाशकिरण, एक्स रे, गॅमा रे, इन्फ्रारेड, रेडिओ लहरींचा अभ्यास करून त्याचे संशोधन या संस्थेत केले जाते.
- संस्थेतर्फे खोडद येथे जगातील सर्वात मोठा रेडिओ टेलिस्कोप उभारण्यात आला आहे.
सेंटर फॉर डेव्हलपमेंट ऑफ अॅडव्हान्स कम्प्युटिंग (सी डॅक)
- विविध प्रकारच्या सुपरकम्प्युटर्सबरोबरच रिमोट व्होटिंग, बायोटेक्नोलॉजी, पेटंटस, रिमोट सेन्सिंग, भारतीय भाषांमध्ये कम्प्युटर्सचा वापर आदीबाबत सी-डॅकमध्ये संशोधन सुरू आहे.

- ज्येष्ठ खगोलतज्ज्ञ डॉ. जयंत नारळीकर यांच्या पुढाकारातून पुणे विद्यापीठाच्या आवारात १९८८ मध्ये ही संस्था स्थापन झाली.
- येथे विश्वनिर्मिती, विश्वाचे प्रसरण, सद्यस्थिती, कृष्णविवर, गुरुत्वाकर्षण, गुरुत्वीय लहरी आदीबाबत संशोधन सुरू असते.
