PM Lawrence Wong shared at #NDR2024, that we will be increasing the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant, to better support lower-income buyers to get their first home. 

Besides affordability, we also want to make it easier for families to look after one another. From mid-2025, we will extend priority access to all parents and their children (married or single) when buying new HDB flats to live with or near one another.

New recreational, sporting and lifestyle attractions as well as waterfront residential precincts will progressively be introduced around Marina Bay, Marina Channel and Kallang Basin. A continuous 12km-long waterfront promenade will link the three waterbodies!
