The Community Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Bill was tabled in Parliament yesterday. In addition to efforts to enable the community to resolve neighbour disputes early, the proposed enhancements allow the Government to intervene decisively in severe neighbour noise cases.

In Oct, we will launch our biggest supply of BTO flats in 2024 under the new flat classification framework – Standard, Plus, Prime. On top of significant market discounts for all new flats, there will be additional subsidies for Prime and Plus flats to keep them affordable and accessible for a wider group of home buyers across income levels.
