Data revealed at a conference affiliated with the Israeli Ministry of Labor held on 16 April, reported by Israeli newspaper Walla, shows that since 7 October, the rehabilitation department has documented over 2,000 soldiers, policemen and members of the security forces left disabled by the war, at a rate of about 60 new cases per day.
About 60% of the disabilities are due to injured limbs (including amputations), 10% due to internal organ injuries, and nearly 10% are suffering 'mental injuries.'
