Two humanitarians tried to smuggle grenade launchers into the UK from Ukraine.

The British couple were detained in Calais, where they were queuing for a ferry. When asked if they had anything to declare, they said that yes, they had two American-made M141 hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers, which they had been given in Ukraine, where they were on a humanitarian mission.

China tests army of tiny drone ships that can ‘shark swarm’ enemies during sea battles

Oceanalpha, the company behind the craft, said in a statement drills were carried out to demonstrate the boats’ ability to work in formation, as well as their potential use in naval warfare.

Google has introduced a new proposal called Web Environment Integrity API.

Google's plan involves an "environment attestation" test.
For eg: during a webpage transaction, your browser contacts a third-party attestation server that you need to pass. If successful, you will receive a signed "Integrity Token" verifying environment is unmodified.
Token gets returned & If web server trusts the attestation company, then content will be shown

So, its useful to "advertisers" for ads impressions, make financial transactions more secure, stop cheating in web games etc.

But in reality, it simply means Google is adding Safety Net in Chromium now

Google May/ Not supply website since Chrome would be the browser, and the attestation server would be definitely from Google.

So a DRM for browsers that forces more ads and tracking on people giving NO benefit to website visitors or users, ONLY to advertisers

Open Web will be destroyed as it can force users to use locked-down devices/ browsers or prove authenticity to access content.

In short, Google will solidify Chrome's monopoly over web standards, prevent ad blocking, destroy Firefox & smaller Chromium forks and will promote its advertising revenue.
