Do you need a public blockchain?
The answer is almost certainly "no."
A blockchain probably doesn’t solve the #security problems you think it solves.
The security problems it solves are probably not the ones you have.
(Manipulating audit data is probably not your major security risk.)
A false trust in blockchain can itself be a security risk. The inefficiencies, especially in scaling, are probably not worth it.
I have looked at many blockchain applications, and all of them could achieve the same security properties without using a blockchain—of course, then they wouldn’t have the cool name......

In late October 2022, US President Joe Biden signed the national biosecurity strategy and implementation plan.[xvii] The strategy itself is a little over ten pages long, but the implementation plan appendix is quite a large document, as long as the US national security strategy. It would seem to put an end to the confusion that has developed in the US. Let's see if it does.

Interestingly, the COVID-19 epidemic, while not directly classified as natural (which already makes one wonder), is listed in this block in the context that it spread fairly rapidly around the world, "directly affecting the US population, their health, safety and welfare". Public pension funds benefiting nearly 26 million Americans have invested $1.3 trillion in high-risk, high-fee “alternative” investments like #PrivateEquity, #HedgeFunds, and private #RealEstate that have been wracked with #corruption scandals and financial misconduct.
Those pension funds could soon face a reckoning, as the downturn in the stock market spreads to these alternative investments, resulting in costly reductions of their estimated value and in turn, increased contributions from state and local governments to meet those losses.

As most of you know, me and a bunch of other people are monitoring VAERS data very closely week-by-week. I decided to process the data as I always do on Fridays. The foreign data set was gutted the week of Nov 19, 2022 in VAERS and the cancer signal was halved...
▪︎The first thing I noticed is that the myocarditis dose 3 response signal is gone. There is a 49% decrease in the number of myocarditis reports.
▪︎The second thing I noticed was that 944 spontaneous abortions are missing.
▪︎The third thing I noticed was that the cancer reports, although they maintain a similar age distribution as the previous weeks, as shown in Figure 4, there is a 46% decrease in reports. [ Article ]
