Last autumn, in September, we were warned about massive fuel hikes & all NATO troops were pulled out of Afghanistan in August.

It's quite clear to me that the West planned to provoke Russia and in February 2022 it got Ukraine to mass most of its army in the East, ready to attack the Donbass (which we never hear about).
Somebody knew. NATO knew this war would kick off.... Six months before the Russians were drawn in to defend their ethnic Russian friends.
And the West also knew cutting Russian energy out of the market was going to massively increase energy profits and destroy all financially struggling families IN THE WEST.

Europe can’t replace Russian gas – Shell CEO



European countries will not be able to replace Russian natural gas without an energy transition, according to Shell CEO Ben van Beurden.

Increasing gas supplies from Africa and Scandinavia as well as boosting purchases of LNG is not enough, the Shell chief said Thursday - Russia supplies about 40% of the natural gas consumed in the region.

"There is no way to simply buy more pipeline gas and LNG to completely replace all the Russian gas that we currently consume. This is not feasible,” van Beurden said.

Major General Andrey Sukhovetsky was killed on February 28

Major General Vladimir Frolov was killed in early April.

Both deaths were immediately officially acknowledged and reported in Russian media.

All other claims of 'killed Russian generals' are simply more Ukrainian lies.

The Ukrainians like such stories because it knows that 'western' media will print them without question.

Russia has not hid the death of high officers because it is impossible to do so. There is also no reason to do so.

Some U.S. sources claim that a general's death will demoralize the troops he led. The opposite is the case.

Generals getting killed on or near the frontline demonstrate to frontline soldiers that they are not alone in their fighting and that their officers are doing the job while carrying the same high risk than they do.

Did UN Secretary-General Guterres Commit A War Crime At Azovstal?


Antonio #Guterres, the #UN #Secretary-#General, is refusing this week to answer questions on the role he played in the recent attempt by #US, #British, #Canadian and other #mercenaries to escape the #bunkers under the #Azovstal plant, using the #humanshield of #civilians trying to evacuate.

In Guterres’s meeting with President Vladimir #Putin at the #Kremlin on April 26, Putin warned Guterres he had been “misled” in his efforts.

“The simplest thing”, Putin told Guterres in the recorded part of their meeting, “for military personnel or members of the nationalist battalions is to release the civilians. It is a crime to keep civilians, if there are any there, as human shields.”

This #warcrime has been recognized since 1977 by the UN in Protocol 1 of the Geneva Convention.  

In US law for US soldiers and state officials, planning to employ or actually using human shields is a war crime to be prosecuted under 10 US Code Section 950t.

Instead, Guterres ignored the Kremlin warning and the war crime law, and authorized UN officials, together with #RedCross officials,  to conceal what Guterres himself knew of the foreign military group trying to escape.

Overnight from New York, Guterres has refused to say what he knew of the military escape operation, and what he had done to distinguish, or conceal the differences between the civilians and combatants in the evacuation plan over the weekend of April 30-May 1........

Ukrainian troops get training in Germany

Legal gray zone:
"In a report this week, the Reference and Research Service of the Bundestag, the German parliament, concluded training on German soil could make Germany a legal party to the war.

It said that weapons deliveries — regardless of the type of weapon — did not on their own constitute participation.

But "we are of the opinion that training Ukrainian soldiers on weapons systems in Germany does not mean directly entering the war," he said."
