Members of the 36th #Marines brigade, which surrendered in Azovstal, mentioned running short of #food, #water and #ammunition.

Fighting at the plant had largely stopped; though sporadic small arms fire could still be heard.
The Ilyich steel plant was one of the last strongholds for defending Ukrainian forces.
