We appreciate everyone's patience as we get through the final blockers we had during our next v0.9 BIG version update!
You all are truly a special community and even other web3 project founders I speak to say that when mingling in our channels! 🙏🏼

We were blocked during the last week and a half due to some internal extension feature packages that were failing the macOS notary process - this meant we couldn't produce the installer file for mac users!

Our AWESOME dev team has fixed that now, and moved through some final technical items relating to Metamask (which we are all tired of right?! - here comes 🐇🐇)
Hoping to produce final QA pass shortly! 🙌🏼


REMINDER - this release will be what's called a "Breaking Change" release meaning all users will have to uninstall and reinstall due to the architecture upgrades and new features!

It's been a long time coming, but our new version v0.9 has finally arrived – and that, with an entirely new site upgrade! Please note, that you will need to delete and reinstall the MASQ app for this release! ⚠️ Here are some things to look out for in the V0.9 release:

✅ You can now browse without holding any MASQ! Simply download and start surfing. Used to be a premium feature but now isn't because...
✅ Serve-only mode now exists, as a premium feature! On mainnet, this allows you to earn MASQ without spending any in consume mode.
✅ MASQ Premium activation has now been reduced to just 500 MASQ! Hold 500 MASQ in your wallet to unlock features.
✅ An entirely NEW UX experience for MASQ dVPN, seamless experience all inside one panel
✅ New price limiter (cost cap), will allow you to control your spend when mainnet launches this year
✅ 🐰 Rabby Wallet is now supported in MASQ!
✅ Ledger is now supported in Metamask and Rabby within MASQ! 🪙
✅ Connection should be smoother for most users in consume only mode. Improved reporting on any connection failures.
✅ Faster onboarding, far less steps to get set up and go
✅ Allow users to manually configure port-mapping and test for Serve mode
✅ Entirely enhanced security upgrades deep in the codebase
✅ And so much more...

Polygon Amoy support is 95% finished, and requires our next version of MASQ Browser (v0.9.2).

We are finishing that now and will be a 'breaking change' version to be installed, since it will update the MASQ Core software also.

* Until the Update to the AMOY Network is completed, connections will fail for now, since many are still configured for Polygon Mumbai.

Please bear with us as we finalise the release in the next day or two ✌️
