Methods for controlling urges -
1. Urge Surfing

3. You have to keep reminding yourself what you would do after achieving this goal. Look at yourself in the mirror and be proud, because, you are a hero for doing this unimaginable and unachievable deed. You are breaking an unbreakable bond between your hand and little brother of yours.
4. Do workout or exercise.
5. Hold your breath for some time. You have to do it only for a few seconds. Do not harm yourself.
6. Deep and conscious breathing

9. Watch this video and say aloud all its affirmations.
10. Download The Super Secret App. Read some inspirational posts and stories, do daily affirmations and write everything you are grateful for.

12. Read something you are interested in. If you are spiritual, read something from your favourite spiritual book.
13. Listen to music.
14. Go outside.
15. Turn off your phone/computer/device for some time.
16. If you are religious, pray to God or chant God's name.

- 4/6 exercises (for chest, back, legs)
- 2/3 exercises (for lat delts, rear delts, arms, calves)
- Focus on exercises that have a stretch and work on feeling the muscle as much as possible (mind-muscle connection) When you can't complete full reps, do controlled half reps (works only on smaller muscle groups like biceps)
Right after workout
