🚨🚨 I’ve been looking into this today and it turns out the president of CTIA, which oversees SHAFT and all wireless communications is a woman named Meredith Attwell Baker. She is the President of CTIA, and she was appointed in 2009 by Barack Hussein Obama as a commissioner on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). She served in that role till 2011. Before she was appointed by Obama, she served in the Bush (43) administration as the Acting Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information.

Is she trying to institute broad fines for subjective terms like hate as a way to harm GOP Presidential candidates (especially Trump) who use text messages to communicate?

T-Mobile, the first testing ground for text message monitoring, has updated its new terms of service, informing its customers of the coming fines if the communications provider disagrees with their text messages. Beginning on January 1, 2024, customers can be fined anywhere from 500 to 2000 USD per day.
