My girlfriend has 2 relatives here in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania)
1. Older brother is 29 years old. From the age of 22 he began to suffer from some kind of mental disorder. I think it is autism
2. Cousin is 4 years old. His mother (the girl's sister) died during childbirth. And the boy most likely has cerebral palsy. But it is not exactly
Can you help find recommended specialists and centers to work with such people? Remotely from anywhere or/and in Africa / Tanzania?
The family did not have the opportunity to take care of the children's health, as it is common not only in Africa. I would like to help them
