🔧 What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a squad of engineers to hit sprint and project goals 🎯
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros
Translate business needs into technical tasks
Uphold clean, maintainable code with structured reviews
Collaborate across squads, QA, DevOps, and product teams
Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards
📚 Tech Stack / Tools:
Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, OpenTelemetry, Elastic APM, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube
✅ We’re looking for someone with:
Strong grasp of Agile & SDLC
Experience in microservices/event-driven architecture
A proactive problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills
