Software Developer (React Native)
Position: Software Developer
Placement: Onsite – Jaya Wira Manggala’s Head Office ( Cikokol Tangerang )
Overview :
We’re looking for a software developer to join our digital product development team, focusing on expanding our ERP and HRIS systems from web to mobile. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack development and is capable of taking ownership of mobile app development using React Native, integrated with our existing backend and web ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile version of the company’s ERP and HRIS applications using React Native (Expo or bare workflow).
- Collaborate with the IT Supervisor to integrate APIs, authentication, and data flow between the mobile and web versions.
- Ensure synchronization and consistency between web and mobile user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to UI/UX improvement ideas to ensure smooth usability for internal users.
- Collaborate with non-IT departments to understand business processes and translate them into reliable features.
- Maintain proper documentation of code and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in React Native Software Development.
- Proficient in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs or microservices-based backends.
- Expert in React.js / Next.js (is a mandatory).
- Familiarity with Vue.js (also a mandatory).
- Strong understanding of state management, navigation, and component-based architecture.
- Able to work independently and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-departmentally.
Preferred Traits
- Passionate about building digital systems that improve business efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify technical challenges early.
- Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with both technical and non-technical staff.
