Who Taught Us The Rites of Hajj?
Ibraheem (alayhi salam) said (calling out to Allah):
“Our Lord, show us our rites.”
Then Jibreel (alayhi salam) took him by the hand and he went with him until he brought him to The House (the Ka’bah)
Jibreel (alayhi salam) said: Raise the foundation (of the House).
Ibraheem raised a foundation until he completed building it.
Then he (Jibril) took him to as-Safa and said: “This is one of the symbols of Allah”.
Then he took him to al-Marwah and said: “This is one of the symbols of Allah”.
Then he took him by the hand and went with him towards Mina.
So, behold, it was iblees at al-‘aqabah, by the tree.
Jibreel said (to Ibrahim) to say upon him:
Say the Takbeer (Allahu Akbar i.e., Allah is Great) and pelt (stones) at him! Say the Takbeer and throw at him!
(Ibrahim did so)
iblees went until he arrived at the final Jamrah (of the three Jamrahs).
Jibreel said (to Ibraheem) to say upon him: Recite the Takbeer and pelt stones at him…
(he did so)
Then iblees went away.
… the khabith (malicious, evil iblis) has been wanting to enter into the Hajj rites something (of innovation) but he could not do so (he was prevented).
Then (Jibreel) went with him (Ibrahim) and arrived at the Mash’ar al-Haram (Muzdalifah)
Then he said: This is the al-Mashar al-Haram (the Valley between Muzdalifa and Mina, where pilgrims should make a Du'a after sleeping in Muzdalifah)
Then he went with him until he arrived at (the plains of) ‘Arafah and said:
This, is Arafat.
(And then he asked him): ‘Arafta ma araytuk? (i.e., have you understood what I just showed you?)
Ibrahim replied: “Yes”, three times
Jibreel said: (Now, make a) call to the people for al-Hajj
Ibraheem asked: And how do I call?
He said, Say: “O people! Answer your Lord!” Three times
The people answered: “At your service, Oh Allah. Our Lord, at Your service.” Twice
So whoever answers Ibrahim from that day on from among the creation, then he is a Pilgrim.

Du’a for When You Lose Something or Someone (Lost Items, Missing People, Domesticated Animals, Cattle etc)
When Ibn Umar (Raḍiya 'llāhu ʿan-hu) asked the Prophet (ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa-’ālihi wa-sallam) about something that was lost, he was asked to: perform ablutions and offer two rakah and then recite with conviction:
Version 1:
Bismillah.
(In the name of Allah)
(O The One Who Guides/O Allah), Returner of lost things, guide of what or who goes astray, You do guide away from going astray! Return to me my lost property through Your power and strength. It (the lost property) is from the things You have gifted me and graced me with.
Version 2:
اللهم رادّ الضالة، هادي الضلالة، تهدي من الضلال، رد علي ضالتي بعزك
وسلطانك، فإنها من فضلك وعطائك
Allahumma Raadad dhaal-lati, Hadiy-id dhalaalati, tahdee min ad-Dhalaal, Radda ‘alayya dhaal-lati, bi izzak wa sultaanik, fa innaha min fadhlik wa ‘Ataa-ik
Oh Allah, Returner of what is lost, Guide of what/who goes astray, You do guide away from going astray! Return to me what was lost, (I ask you) By your Honor and Rule (over everything), for it (the lost) is from the things You have gifted me.

60- Ruling on a person who has doubts about his purification in past Salahs
Q: A person was once performing Wudu’ (ablution) when another directed his attention to a dry spot on his foot. Another time, his attention to a dry spot on his foot. Another time, his attention was drawn to a similar dry spot. Consequently, he doubted the validity of his previous Wudu’. This person is inquiring about the Prayers he performed with Wudu’ or Ghusl (ritual bath) that he doubts. Should he repeat these Prayers? What should he do?
A: Drawing his attention once or twice to a dry spot on his foot to which water has not reached while performing Wudu' does not mean that his Taharah (ritual purification) is invalid. This is because the basic rule is that he performed valid Wudu’ and the basic rule is that it should not be violated by doubts. The same applies to his Ghusl following major ritual impurity and therefore he is not asked to repeat Salah.

61- Ruling on a person touching a woman after performing Wudu’
Q: Does touching a woman invalidate Wudu’ (ritual ablution)?
A: The correct opinion is that touching a woman does not invalidate Wudu’ so long as nothing comes out as a result of this such as Madhy (pre-seminal fluid) or Maniy (spermatic fluid). If Maniy is discharged, one is to offer Ghusl (ritual bath following major ritual impurity) and if Madhy is discharged, one should wash one's penis and testicles and offer Wudu’ (ritual ablution). However, touching the genitals without a barrier invalidates Wudu', may Allah grant us success!

Ruling on invalidation of Wudu’ due to sleeping
Q: What is the ruling on women, who wake up after having a deep sleep in a Masjid (mosque) and start Salah (prayer) without renewing their Wudu’ (ritual ablution)?
A: If a person sleeps deeply, their Wudu' becomes invalid whether they are men or women and their Salah or Tawaf (circumambulate around the Ka’bah) is not valid without a new Wudu'. “Safwan ibn ‘Assal (رضي الله عنه) said that Allah's Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) taught them if they were on journey not to take off their Khuffs (leather socks) for a period of three days for faeces or urine discharge or sleeping but for Janabah (major ritual impurity related to sexual discharge).” Accordingly, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) deemed sleeping the same as discharge of urine and excrement and therefore a person should perform Wudu' for deep sleeping. If it is a short light sleep, it does not invalidate Wudu’.

Q 1: What is the ruling on the one who wears gloves during prayer?
A 1: There is nothing wrong with regard to wearing gloves during prayer, as there is no clear proof for the prohibition to do SO.
May Allah grant us success! Peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.
