The reality here is that the Fundamental Law has been subverted during the Reconstruction era.
In 1873 government de facto/Congress enacted the Code of Civil Procedure Act, which is Roman Civil Law or "The Code".
The same in every other State. In Idaho it was 1881.
In 1878 the American BAR Association was created. Those Titles of Nobility of Esquire was implemented to control the Law, or Code.
The Roman Civil Law or Code is a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, unacknowledged by our Law and subjecting us to pretended acts of legislation. That is from the Declaration of independence.
The Code is opposed to the Law of Nations, the Laws of Nature and the Common Law and is ALL enforced by Bills of Pains and Penalties. Bouviers Law Dictionary 1856 see Law,Civil.
The "Oath" is not to the Constitution for the United States of America. It is to the Constitution of the United States Inc. that was created in 1871. The Corporation. It's not a government, but rather a Crown Corporation back under the Monarchy. Hence why the Fundamental Law was changed to Roman Civil Law.
That's the real truth and reality.
