🌟Lions Mane Mushroom Satay Stick

Lion’s mane mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus). Benefits: help reduce inflammation, brain and heart health, prevents dementia, relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety plus many more.


Ingredients:
Lion mane mushroom
Curry leaves
Fresh cucumbers
Sesame oil
Coconut oil
black glutinous rice wine
Monk fruit sugar
Tamari sauce/ soy sauce
Homemade Shichimi powder (https://youtu.be/mf2CbyRUTRA)

Quantity is really up to you. Go with intuition.

Instructions;
1. Wash the mushrooms well. Watch https://youtu.be/7T5YsVgXrbI on how to clean and prepare mushrooms.
2. Squeeze mushroom dry and prepare for marination.
3. Add in pure sesame oil, tamari sauce, homemade shimichi powder, monk fruit sugar, shao xin wine (optional).
4. Mix well and leave to absorb for 30mins.
5. Spread coconut oil generously on mushrooms and lay on baking tray.
6. Grill in oven for 7mins.
7. Prepare fresh raw cucumbers
8. Assemble mushrooms n cucumber on sticks.

The American Heart Association has just changed the "normal" blood pressure to 110/70...it's been 120/80 for quite some time. Every time they lower the numbers, millions of people need medication...

Did you know that in 1970, normal blood pressure was 160/95?
In 1985, it was 140/90.
And now, 120/80 is considered elevated.

This isn't medicine. It's $40 billion marketing...

"Normal" now is 110/70 or less.
"Elevated" now is 120/80 and qualifies for medication...
