RAWMAZING RECIPE OF THE DAY
Raw Olive Tapenade
Serves 6-8
Ingredients
1 glove garlic
1 cup black olives
Sea Salt & pepper
Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Directions
Take pits out of olives (if necessary). Place garlic, olives, olive oil and some juice in a blender and blend OR pulse (I prefer not too fine). Add salt & pepper and lemon juice to taste and add some more olive oil to make the tapenade chunky and smooth.
