You can't be in the flow state without clarity, preparation, repetition.

Flow state is a state when you stop using your conscious mind and start using the wisdom of your unconscious mind.

Health Maxxing:

Fix your sleep. Dont oversleep or undersleep. Sleep time. Eat 4 hours before sleep for better sleep. No tea or caffein after 3 pm.

Do sprinting. for 15 sec run as fast as you can, rest 15 sec.
Lift heavy weight. Do deadlift, squat.

Fix your gut. No seed oil, no gluten. Eat yogurt. Ginger juice. Red rice instead of white.

Cleanliness is important.

Mental state is important.

Keep your nerves calm & relaxed. Avoid negative people.
Be specific about who you want to become then mentally be it instantly at the present moment without waiting and be patient even if you see no results.

When visualising to change your frequency don't visualise a long scene. You will get distracted.

Instead, visualise a 5 sec scene and keep looping it.

And don't forget to be in a relaxed state before visualization. Unrelaxed nerves can't manifest properly.

You can go in a dark room, put a towel over your head.

Keep the room temperature comfortable. Keep the sitting position comfortable.
Self improvement is gay! Learn Self-control instead.

Stop trying to improve yourself. Trying to improve yourself is the reason you're not improving yourself. When you believe you need to improve yourself you create the self-image that you're not good enough. You create an energy or internal state that stops your growth.
The key to actually changing yourself and becoming who you want to be is instantly becoming that person mentally. By this you'll slowly become that person physically. Your nerves and heart will change and you will grow new neuron connections. And this is how you control yourself. You control yourself by mentally being in your desired character at the present moment.
The self-improvement mindset creates desperation. It creates neediness. And the more needy and desperate you get the less likely you're going to get what you want.
So instead of improving yourself, be the person you want to be right now. Stop waiting and be it instantly. You will get different power by doing so.
All your action is caused by the condition of your inner state. Once you fix this inner state, you will start to get new results.
You will often see, those who aren't serious about self-improvement get better results than those who are.
I haven't found in the Quran the importance of selfimprovement. As I believe it's the explanation of all things. Instead the Quran says, ‘Allāh will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.’
Allah also says in the Quran, ‘His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, 'Be,' and it is.’
Allah indirectly tells us the importance of instance and total inner change. In another verse He said, that while creating human he blew his spirit into us. As we have his spirit we also have some manifesting skill. For us we need repetition of visualization to manifest. We need time to manifest.
Once you have changed yourself internally, once you have changed your heart, you'll receive what you actually deserve. Changing your inner state should be an instant process. Reality takes time to change. You shouldn't be affected by reality. You need to maintain the frequency no matter what.
When you try to change slowly you will see no results.
When you're self-improving, you try to focus on a lot of unnecessary things, you focus on the effect instead of the cause that causes your actions.
Selfcontrol teaches you to focus on the cause instead of the effect. You control the exact thing that affects your actions.
You might think self-control and manifestations are the same thing. Both have a lot of similarities but they aren't the same thing. Selfcontrol focuses on controlling the present but manifestation focuses on controlling the future.
Also when you have a self-improvement mindset you forget to live in the present moment. You also don't get any result because you always try to change yourself instead of maintaining a certain frequency.
Selfcontrol is the actual self-improvement. It's the only skill that can change you.
Life Hack:
Eat Yogurt daily, then see how you gain weight.
Social Skill Maxing:

- Be master at frame control. Be aware of what you're communicating.
- Be or act high status, people will treat you better.
- Be attractive physically and personality wise. Physically, by dressing well, keeping low body fat and high muscle. Personality wise, by being funny without losing credibility, having a happy vibe. Depression makes you unattractive.
- Learn cold approach, talk with people more.
- Don't hurt any man's ego. Men are highly egoistic.
- Understand incentives, and treat people accordingly.
- Situation awareness; act according to the situation.
Flow state is the key to self-control.
Overthinking kills flow state.
Preparation kills overthinking.
How to control yourself?

Action stems from your inner state.
What you're doing now = What you're being now.
Once you have learned to control it, you will be able to control yourself.
Also, you have to control your present moment.
You have to be the person you want to be at the present moment.
Becoming the person you want to be is the practice of becoming it every present moment.
Be it at the present moment.
How to be it at the present moment?
By doing lots of repetition and practice.
By actually doing it.
By visualization.
By putting yourself in that situation and increasing situation awareness.
By being in the present and in flow state.
By being prepared.
For repetition you need clarity about the being you want to be.
There's no point in doing it if you're not doing it absolutely to the hilt.

• Stop giving your desires power: Being "impressed" by a goal (like money, a person, or a job) tells the universe that you lack it. When you let external things alter your internal state, you actually push them away.
• Neutralize and normalize: Minimize your desired reality. Treat your goals as if they are a given and take them for granted, just like you do with your next breath. This normalizes your desires and allows them to manifest naturally.
• You don’t create reality, you reveal it: Your ego doesn’t manifest anything. Once you realize it's the "infinite intelligence" (or God) within you doing the work, you remove all self-doubt and pressure to perform.
• Shift from hoping to knowing: When you step out of your own way and trust the infinite power within, success becomes an inevitability, not just a possibility.
Unrelaxed Nerves makes you dumb.

It ruins your gut. Makes you weak. Lowers selfcontrol.

Practice relaxation daily.

It increases your situation awareness and helps you be at your best.

So, I was flying at 300 km/hour, then got hit by a stupid bird. That's how I broke my big tow bone.

- Vibe is contagious
- Don't control thoughts or action. Control Being
- Frame control, Gaslighting
- Intention planting
- Know what you want them to do(be) and who you need to be for them to be that
- People don't like to be predictable
- Don't fall into their frame
- Assume they are the being whom you want them to be
- Understand emotions and situations
- There's no manipulation without Situation awareness
- Manipulate slowly, smoothly. Desensitize before pushing the message
