Game
Hot Potato
This game can get a little giggly, so be warned! Simply get any soft ball or rolled up socks and underhand-toss it to a child. Instruct them to under-hand toss it to someone else as quickly as possible. Each child repeats this. When does this game end? Who knows? Just get rid of it!
Variations โ If you have enough children, play short segments of music while they toss the object, stop the music, and the last child to touch it when the music stops is out of the game. Repeat until there is only 1 child.

Pictionary
This is another game that works well with any age group; children love it because they can get creative in the classroom, teenagers love it because it doesnโt feel like theyโre learning, and adults love it because itโs a break from the monotony of learning a new language - even though they'll be learning as they play.
Pictionary can help students practice their vocabulary and it tests to see if theyโre remembering the words youโve been teaching.
Why use it? Vocabulary
Who it's best for: All ages; best with young learners
How to play:
Before the class starts, prepare a bunch of words and put them in a bag.
Split the class into teams of 2 and draw a line down the middle of the board.
Give one team member from each team a pen and ask them to choose a word from the bag.
Tell the students to draw the word as a picture on the board and encourage their team to guess the word.
The first team to shout the correct answer gets a point.
The student who has completed drawing should then nominate someone else to draw for their team.
Repeat this until all the words are gone - make sure you have enough words that each student gets to draw at least once!

Saying Apology
For small mistakes
Simply saying "sorry" is most common with small mistakes, like bumping into someone or saying someoneโs name wrong.
Whoops! Sorry!
Oh! Sorry.
Sorry โbout that.
Oh, my bad.
My fault, bro.
More serious mistake:
For a more serious mistake, especially in customer service situations.
Iโm so sorry.
I apologize.
Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry. I should have watched where I was going.
For incorrect information
If you cause a problem with communication, or give incorrect information.
My mistake.
I had that wrong.
I was wrong on that.
My apologies.
Sorry, my apologies. I had that wrong.
Making a formal or serious apology
If you make a serious mistake with a friend, loved one, or coworker, you shouldnโt use casual language to apologize.
Iโd like to apologize.
I want to apologize.
I owe you an apology.
I wanted to tell you Iโm sorry.
After these phrases, you can add "for (doing something/ how Iโฆ / what Iโฆ)":
I'd like to apologize for how I reacted yesterday.
If you want to, you can also say:
I hope you can forgive me.
That was wrong of me.
Writing a formal apology
We use the most formal English in writing.
I sincerely apologize.
I take full responsibility.
You may want to complete the sentence with one of these phrases:
...for any problems I may have caused.
...for my behavior.
...for my actions.
A simple apology
If it is a small problem you may just need to say sorry. You should see though that you need to think about whether you want to use but/that/for
Iโm sorry but___
Iโm sorry but I wonโt be able to come to the part.
Iโm sorry that _
Iโm sorry that I broke you mug.
Iโm sorry for_

A stronger apology
These are phrases that work when there is a bigger mistake
I do apologise for _
I do apologise for failing to meet you at the station.
I must apologise for _
I really must apologise for___
I sincerely apologise for _
I sincerely apologise for the trouble this has caused you.
More informal

Iโm really sorry that Iโve lost that book you lent me.
More formal

Womenโs Day
Itโs the day to celebrate
Itโs the day to think
For all that the world have done
To the charming colour pink
They blocked off her way
They chased her that day
They stormed all her life
Her blurred eyes did say
An unarmed woman
With self arrested courage
They pulled down her confidence
With their harsh and sharp image
They found her so helpless
They made her to cry
They turned her life to hell
And forced her to die
But let me say a word
A word full of hope
She made her way out
And learned how to cope
A woman, a mother, a wife
With patience she strives
Caring, bearing and working
Still struggling with lifeโฆ
