As a Spoken English Coach, Instead of teaching, the main responsibility is to help students to speak English out as much as possible. And to assist and guild students to practice what they have learned from schools or other ESL platforms. It’s much easier compared with an ESL teacher. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct 25 minutes English training session with student by video.

2. Encourage students to speak English out.

3. Assist students when they have difficulties to speak.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Applicants should speak English fluently with Neutral Accent.

2. With outstanding verbal communication skills.

3. Has patience & passion for education and kids.

4. Computer literate (basic knowledge in MS applications)

NO CERTIFICATE? That's fine. We will offer one for free.

NO DEGREE? It’s acceptable.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

1. One Training Session is for 25 minutes. Applicants must be willing to commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week from 6:00PM-9:00PM Beijing time (Mon-Fri) and 9:00AM-9:00PM Beijing time (Sat-Sun).

SYSTEM AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS

1. The Desktop /Laptop must be Windows 7 / OSX 10.12 / 4GB RAM or above and must also have access to a smart phone.

2. A Stable Internet Connection with minimum 3 mbps upload speed and 1 mbps download speed and a Wired DSL is preferred.

Hear
