🔸periodic acide-methenamin sliver ( jones ) stain ----> minimal change disease { lipoid nephrosis } ----> that dyed
1_ the B.M & mesangial matrix ( black )
2_ epithelial cell and mesangial cell ( grey pink )
🔸trichrome stain { for collagen deposition (blue)} ----> focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS)
🔸jones sliver stain ( for phospholipid that found in B.M) ---->
