بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 🙂
نبدا اليوم نتكلم عن اول معمل في التشريح حيث تم اخذ .........
Bones of lower limbs
وبدا الدكتور بأول جزء وهو
١- Pelvic girdle (bony pelvis )
ويتكون من
🧷 two hip bones
🧷sacrum and coccyx
✏️ hip bones articulate with sacrum at sacroiliac joints .
✏️ and anteriorly the two hip bones articulate with one
another at symphysis pubis .
نبدا الان نتكلم عن hip bone ومن ايش يتكون 🙂
✍ بيتكون من ثلاث عظمات متصلة ببعضها في مكان اسمه (acetabulum)
وهي كالاتي
🦴 Ilium( superiorly )
🦴 Ischium ( posterio-inferior )
🦴 Pubis ( anterior-inferior )
إذاً الــ ilium بيتكون من الآتي:
🪄 Four Border
📌Superior border =iliac crest
extend from (A.S.I.S) to( P.S.I.S)
📌Anterior border
extend from (A.S.I.S) to (A.I.I.S)
📌Posterior border
from( P.S.I.S) to greater scatic notch
📌Medial border = arcuate line
between iliac fossa and sacro pelvis surface .
🔍 arcuate line
اول ما يدخل منطقه pubis يتحول اسمه الى
iliopubic line ) or ( iliopectineal line ).
🪄Three Surface
🖌iliac surface or iliac fossa
(origin for iliacus muscle)
🖌Gluteal surface
والذي بيتكون من
📏 Posterior gluteal line
📏 Medial gluteal line
📏 inferior gluteal line
وتعتبر هذه الخطوط منشأ لثلاث عضلات هي
Gluteus maximus
Gluteus medius
Gluteus minimus
🖌sacropelvis surface
وهذه كمان بتتكون من .    ....... 😩
🎉Auricular surface
🎉pelvic part
🎉iliac tuberosity
وكذا نكون كملنا ilium ..........
وعلى طول ندخل في الجزء الثاني في hip bone وهو الجزء الامامي السفلي🤔
Pubis
واتكلم الدكتور عن اهم الاشياء فيه وهي
🧷Superior ramus
🧷Inferior ramus
🧷pubic body
والذي بيتكون من (pubic crest - pubic tubercle )
📌وبعدين جاب الدكتور معلومة حلوه وهي أن كل عضلات medial compartment بتطلع من (inferior ramus).
📌كل عضلات posterior compartment بتطلع من (ischial tuberoisty ).
واتكلم عن ischium انه بيتكون من
    🖌   ischial sipne
🖌Ischial tuberoisty.
وهنا لازم نعرف أن ischial tuberoisty بينقسم إلى جزء علوي مربع الشكل يقسم الى اربع اجزاء
وجزء سفلي مثلثي الشكل يقسم الي جزئين .
وتعطي هذه الاجزاء insertion لعدد من العضلات.
🧷acetabulum C in shaped
📌Incomplete inferiorly so we called it acetabulum notch
بيرتبط من تحت   transeverse ligament .
Femur : وهي اطول عظمة في الجسم
✏️superiorly articulate with acetabulum to from hip joint.
🖌 inferiorly with tibia and patella to from knee joint .
🖌Femur consist of (head- neck- shaft ).
🧷anteriorly= intertrochanteric line.
🧷Posteriorly =intertrochanteric crest .
بتفصل(neck of femur from shaft).
وذكر الدكتور أن capsule of hip joint بتغطي neck of femur من الامام بشكل كامل ومن الخلف جزء منها فقط .
📏Guadrate tubercle insertion for quadratus muscles.
📏Greater trochanter
ويعتبر insertion لكثير من العضلات ....
📏 lesser trochanter insertion for iliacus muscles .
🧷Shaft
In posterio surface linea aspera بيطلع منها
🖌 two line above
1-spiral line .
2- gluteal tuberosity
🖌two line below
1-lateral suprachondular ridge
2- medial ridge
Popliteal surface = posteriorly
patellar surface =anteriorly
ووصلنا لاخر عظمة في المعمل الاول وهي patella
🖌Triangular in shaped
📌its apex directed downward
📌its base directed upward
📌anterior surface is rough
📌posterior surface is smooth
