انها Sq cell carcinoma
والتفريق بيكون
ان ال Carcinoma بتكون الخلايا فيها Atypia
بينما في Metaplasia الخلايا normal
اللهم انها كانت Columnar وتحولت الى Squamous 😊

🔹Microscopic features:

🔴 Red arrows---> diffuse nuclear enlargement, hyperchomasia.

🔵 Blue arrows---> increased mitotic activity in the lower and middle thirds

🟡 Yellow area ---> Koilocytosis
