⚜HbS is insoluble in a concentrated phosphate buffer.
ال HbS يكون غير قابل للذوبان في محلول الفوسفات المركز
➖Negative: In absence of HbS, the solution will be clear
اذا كان HbS مش موجود تكون
النتيجة negative فبيكون المحلول clear
فتظهر الخطوط السوداء خلفه 🥱

➕Positive: In presence of HbS, the solution will be turbid
اما إذا كانت HbS موجود فيحدث تعكر في المحلول وهذا بيدل ع ان الفحص positive
وبالتالي لا تظهر الخطوط السوداء
