لنبدا .....
🔴 Bacterial Endocarditis:
✨Endocarditis: is a disease characterized by inflammation or infection of the inner surface of the heart .
ايضاً endocarditis اكثر ما تصيب الصمامات حق القلب
ايضاً but may also involve nonvascular areas
✨ Bacteremia: the presence of bacteria in the bloodstream. اي وجودالبكتيريا نفسه في الدم
✨ Septicemia: the clinical name for blood poisoning by bacteria اي وجود toxins حق البكتيريا في الدم .
✨septic shock: life-threatening condition that happens when your blood pressure drops to a dangerously low level after an infection.
اي انها حالة مهددة للحياة تحدث عندما ينخفض ضغط الدم إلى مستوى منخفض بشكل خطير بعد الإصابة.
🔹Endocarditis occurs when bacteria enter the bloodstream
اي ما تحدث الا عند دخول البكتيريا لدم (bacteremia)
✨ Not all bacteria entering the bloodstream are capable of causing endocarditis only those bacteria that are able to stick to the surface lining of the heart and to abnormal valves tend to cause endocarditis.
اي ان ليست كل البكتيريا التي تدخل مجرى الدم قادرة على التسبب في endocarditis، فقط تلك البكتيريا القادرة على الالتصاق بالبطانة السطحية للقلب والصمامات غير الطبيعية تميل إلى التسبب في endocarditis.
✨The ability of these bacteria to stick to the surface lining is aided by a preexisting clot that often forms at these abnormal sites.
اي ان قدرة هذه البكتيريا على الالتصاق بالبطانة السطحية من خلال جلطة موجودة مسبقًا تتشكل غالباً في هذه المواقع غير الطبيعية.
✨Bacteremia occurs as a part of our daily living when bacteria that normally live on the skin , the lining of the mouth , or the lining of the intestinal tract enter the blood stream through small cuts .
اي تحدث تجرثم الدم كجزء من حياتنا اليومية عندما تدخل البكتيريا التي تعيش بشكل طبيعي على الجلد أو بطانة الفم أو بطانة الأمعاء إلى مجرى الدم من خلال جروح صغيرة .
✨Endocarditis is usually caused by an infection with bacteria, fungi or other germs.
بمعنى انه عادة ما يحدث ال endocarditis بسبب عدوى بالبكتيريا أو الفطريات أو غيرها من الجراثيم.
✨Pathogenesis:
80% of infective endocarditis caused by the bacteria streptococci and staphylococci. The third most common bacteria causing this disease is enterococci.
🔥Congestive Heart Failure is the most important complication
✨Symptoms :
معظم الأشخاص المصابين في endocarditis
اذا لم يتعالجو يتوفون بأقرب وقت.😱
➡️ The most symptoms كما قالت الدكتورة
1- Fever
2- shortness of breath
✨Tests used to diagnose endocarditis include:
1.Blood culture test in the bloodstream
2. Complete blood count( CBC) 3.Echocardiogram.
4.Chest X- rays.
5.Computerized tomography (CT)scan or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
✨Treatment of Endocarditis :
1-antimicrobial therapy
2-surgery is required to remove the infected tissue
3- repair the heart or valve damage caused by the infection.
✨الأسباب الشائعة لجراحة القلب أثناء endocarditis
1.Heart failure.
2.Uncontrolled infection.
3.artificial valve infection.
4. Recurrent emboli.
5.Extension of the infection in to the heart (abscess formation)
✨ الوقاية
Doctors have used antibiotics to prevent endocarditis
اي ان الأطباء استخدمو المضادات الحيوية للوقاية من endocarditis
🟡 كيف يمكننا تقليل مخاطر الإصابة بعدوى القلب؟
🍃 1.Avoid contact with people with viral infections .
تجنب ملامسة الأشخاص المصابين بعدوى فيروسية.
🍃2.Get recommended vaccines, including for COVID-19 and the flu vaccines .
احصل على اللقاحات الموصى بها ، بما في ذلك لقاحات COVID-19 ولقاحات الأنفلونزا.
🍃 3-Not using recreational drugs
✨(prophylaxis ) is recommended
(ايش هي الوقاية الموصى بها)

هذا المنشور مكمل لمنشور المعمل الأول تشريح
"🛑Blood supply of the heart ; "
✨ينقسم الي :
▫️1- Right Coronary Artery :
🦋Origin from Branch of ascending aorta .
🦋Cross between pulmonary trunk and right auricle of right atrium, and cross in groove "Atrioventricular groove" it's giving branches.
🦋Branches of right coronary A :
✨1- anterior ventricle branches : supply right ventricle.
✨2-right conus B : supply infundibulum or pulmonary conus.
✨3-Marginal B: supply right ventricle to reach the apex .
✨4- posterior interventricular: makes anastomosis with circumflex artery.
✨5 - Atrial branches: Which supply anterior and lateral surfaces of right atrium . One branch supplies posterior surface of both atria.
As well as sinuatrial nodal artery supply the SA node.
▫️2- Left Coronary Artery ;
🦋Origin from Branch of ascending aorta .
🦋Cross between pulmonary trunk and left auricle of left atrium , and cross under visceral (epicardium) pericardial " subpericadial "in connective tissue of the heart and give two branches.
🦋 Branches of left coronary artery:
✨1- anterior interventricular (LAD) : supply left ventricle with its septum , right ventricle.
♦️LAD (left anterior descending artery)
✨2- circumflex artery : go posteriorly to makes anastomosis with right coronary.
🛑Veins Drainage of the heart;
✨Most blood from the heart drains into the right atrium through the coronary sinus .
🦋 Great cardiac vein .
🦋 Middle cardiac vein.
🦋 Small cardiac vein.
🦋Anterior cardiac veins:- Which drain the anterior surface of the heart and empty directly into the right atrium.
