Swelling, soft, bloodless, pale organ and the borders are rounded.

The cytoplasm pale and shows multiple vaculces
The nucleus is normal

Accumulation of natural fat in cytoplasm of parenchymal cells.

🔺Gross picture:
Enlarged,
soft organ,
the capsule is tense,
the color is pale yellow
(سبب الـpale color هو الـcompression of capillaries وبالتالي يضعف التغذية الدموية فيكون اللون باهت pale”)
and the borders are rounded.

🔺Microscopic :
The cells are swollen and show multiple tiny fat globules
The nucleus is normal
Capillaries between the cells are compressed.
