And we covered here the nature and development of psychology..
Aortic coarctation

Normally the blood pressure in the legs is the same or higher than that in the arms. But because of the narrowing of the aorta, patients with aortic coarctation provide less blood to the lower half of the body than normal. And because there’s less blood, the blood pressure taken in the legs would be lower rather than higher.
In What Order Do Symptoms of Acute Appendicitis Appear?

In most cases of appendicitis, pain is first referred to the epigastric or umbilical region because the enlargement of the appendix leads to the stimulation of afferent visceral nerve fibers at the T8 to T10 spinal cord level. Since this pain is visceral rather than somatic in origin, it is referred pain that is poorly localized. Other symptoms that occur in the early stages of acute appendicitis include vomiting, nausea, and anorexia.
Local tenderness over the appendix is often elicited after general abdominal pain has subsided. Tenderness is most often detected on deep palpation two-thirds of the distance from the umbilicus to the right anterior superior iliac spine, which corresponds to the base of the appendix (McBurney point). Tenderness that is elicited on palpation of the right lower quadrant indicates irritation of the parietal peritoneum, which stimulates somatic nerves causing pain at the site of irritation.
Retrocaecal appendicitis can mimic acute pyelonephritis
The most common location for a stroke is the posterior limb of the internal capsule, which carries the descending corticospinal and corticobulbar fibers and results in purely motor symptoms like facial droop and hemiparesis.
We can get a false-positive blood in the urine if the urine (usually brown) contains myoglobin
Increased serum & urine myoglobin usually indicates muscle degeneration (rhabdomyolysis, also known as a crush injury), or myocardial infarction. But it should be kept in mind that its specificity for MI is low.
Administration of broad-spectrum antibiotics can drastically alter the nature of the normal bacterial flora and precipitate a superinfection due to organisms such as Clostridium difficile, the growth of which is normally kept in check by the presence of other colonizing microorganisms.
Barbiturates are GABAnergic agents, therefore they inhibit many regions of the nervous system such as the higher functional centers in the cortex.

For this reason, some barbiturates like sodium theopental & amobarbital (sodium amytal) were used as 'truth serums' because they decrease the individual's ability to make up lies or fabricate stories.
They were (I think, still) used in lethal injections & euthanasia
