✅ 岗位职责 ：
1. Internal Audit Support | 内部审计支持
- Assist in executing internal audit tasks, including financial audits, process audits, and compliance reviews.
协助执行公司内部审计工作，包括财务审计、流程审计及合规性审查。
2. Data Collection & Analysis | 数据收集与分析
- Collect, organize, and analyze audit data and supporting documents, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
协助收集、整理并分析审计数据与支持文件，确保数据准确完整。
3. Internal Control Assessment | 内部控制评估
- Participate in testing and evaluating the internal control system, identifying risk points and areas for improvement.
参与公司内部控制体系的测试与评估，识别风险点与改进空间。
4. Audit Reporting | 审计报告编写
- Assist in drafting audit reports and working papers, documenting findings and providing corrective action suggestions.
协助起草审计报告与工作底稿，记录发现与整改建议。
5. Follow-Up on Audit Issues | 审计问题跟进
- Monitor the progress of corrective actions for audit issues and conduct preliminary validation of effectiveness.
跟进审计问题的整改进度，并进行初步有效性验证。
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration | 跨部门协作
- Collaborate with other departments to support audit data acquisition and process verification tasks.
跨部门协作，支持审计资料获取与流程核查任务
🎯 岗位要求 ：
1. Education | 教育背景
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Audit, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，审计、会计、财务等相关专业。
2. Experience | 工作经验
- At least 2 years of experience in audit or internal audit.
至少2年审计或内部审计相关工作经验。
3. Technical Skills | 技能要求
- Familiar with process audits, compliance audits, or internal control evaluation processes
熟悉流程审计、合规审计或内控评估流程。
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, or similar.
了解SOX、COSO或类似的内部控制框架。
- Proficient in Excel and audit/office software, with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
熟练使用Excel及审计/办公软件，具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力。
4. Language Skills | 语言要求
- Fluent in Chinese, with cross-cultural communication skills. Foreign passport holders are welcome to apply.
中文流利，具备跨文化沟通能力，欢迎持外籍护照者申请。

- xperience in internal audit within multinational companies.
具备跨国公司内部审计经验。
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
熟悉风险评估方法。
- Experience with audit management software (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
