I am expecting to receive some money from the government, about $4,000. I need advice because I dont know what I should do with this property. I have about 2 weeks to pay the taxes or (at worse, I lose it at best, I have to pay more money to keep it).

Also, with masking getting more lax because so many people are vaccinating, it becomes more likely that we will have to vacate our home soon. I MUST have a place to live with my daughter.

A friend of mine has an RV that needs a lot of work inside, but it runs and drives. She wants $2000 for it, and we can park it on the lots in Walsenburg (long term) and work on it and live in it since the weather is getting warmer. We can (short-term) camp in it on the 5 acres in Ft. Garland while building something there. My daughter and I liked that nearby town of Alamosa, and got excited about the prospect of going to high school there and making friends. It could be a good, small move for us. There's college there and many jobs. I could probably get one right away. This could be hard, but I can pretend it's not. I have a lot of fear, but I want to overgrown it with hope.

The property is worth less than I paid for it. People say to not worry about that because just having land is valuable.
