I happened upon this truck this morning. Grateful to @dougducey for his EO protecting them from unconstitutional mandates. We shouldn't have to do this, and no Arizonan should be subject to it. Nevertheless, thank you, Sir. Ball on the 30 yd line, 70 to go. #1stDown

I have put in a request to the Attorney General's office asking for an opinion regarding religious tests and denial of religious exemptions, and have asked for an expedited answer. Ty @JamesTHarris for exposing this. @GeneralBrnovich
Look at this map. Does the yellow district look gerrymandered? It is not Constitutionally drawn, & it has 5 of our conservative legislators having to compete for 3 seats. Commissioners on record saying they don't like our district & you can tell that clearly. I have been told that a certain executive is behind this effort around the state to get rid of the conservatives. There's this little thing called real estate and moving and although it might be inconvenient, it is possible. #CourtChallenge
To the greedy,
to those who extort power,
to the despot...

Your time is coming.

I'm very sorry this took so long, but parents, if they quarantine your kids again you are entitled to a court appointed attorney and a hearing right away regarding that quarantine. Please read this article to learn more about it. I asked the attorney general for this quite some time ago but we finally have the answer.

It was an honor to be on Real America's voice this evening at AMFest!
I have counted votes for those who are willing to go into special session and reinstate the provisions that were overturned the Arizona School Board Association when they sue the state. All but one, Michelle Ugenti-Rita, replied they are ready for special session to fix this. Pima County just voted yes for a mask mandate again.
Reflecting on 2021, one of my most important accomplishments was to get the executive order ban on HCQ lifted, which should have never been in place. I hope that this action saved many lives. I grieve for all of those who could have been saved. #NeverAgain #Medicaltyranny
Merry Christmas Eve!
All I want for Christmas is a "United" America, a free Republic, one nation under God, indivisible. May God scorn the elite and their quislings who have torn us and set our hearts against each other in the name of power, greed, and globalism.
Drove up the hill to Payson, in the Drive-Thru at McDonald's and found out that Biden has given us a big inflated gift for Christmas. Quarter Pounder is $10.99, and that's not the meal, just the sandwich.
Yes, McDonalds. Poor planning and spontaneous trip up the hill means not much for food choices on Christmas. Don't judge LOL
Today I have pre-filed a few more bills in anticipation of the upcoming legislative session. They include the following:

SB1049 Parent's Bill of Rights - adding a penalty for violating 1-602

SB1050 Neglected children; definition - tightening up language that is used to seize children for neglect.

SB1051 Homeschooled children; definition - allowing parents to hire a teacher to instruct their child at home.

SB1052 Medical procedures; prohibition A person cannot be compelled to take a medical procedure if a risk of that procedure includes death.

SB1053 Religious exemption - Adds a class 2 misdemeanor to anyone who does not respect a person's right to a religious exemption to a vaccine as per A.R.S.23-206.

SB1054 election equipment; security; legislative review - requires that any election tabulation equipment undergo a security review and that the results are submitted to the legislature.

SB1055 election process; contractors and contracts - Holds an election contractor liable for not fulfilling the contract, and makes it a class 2 misdemeanor to not fulfill the contract or break election law.

SB1056 misplaced ballots; invalidity; misdemeanor; damages - stipulates that misplaced ballots that are found after election night are not permissible to use in the count, and makes it a crime to misplace any ballots.

I am starting with Class 2 misdemeanors because that is the standard in Arizona statute. However, I will be working to increase these penalties to felonies, if the votes are there to get it passed in both houses and signed by the Governor. There are more election bills to come, so please stand by.
