I don’t have a lot of confidence in this attorney general but for what it’s worth, if you were denied your right to vote, this is one of the things you should do. Fill out this complaint form with his office and place the ball in his court. I would say it would say this is a 14th amendment violation where you were treated differently than other voters, if it were me.

My notes from my comments today at the Pinal Co public meeting regarding how many may have been disenfranchised during the 2022 Primary election.

Not about changing the outcome / a person has standing under the 14th Amendment / equal protection

Voter Turnout
Maricopa County - 35%
Pima - 36%
Yavapai- 52%
Pinal - 28%
Gila County - 47%

Average of top 4 was 43%
Total Pinal county voters - 275,095
43% would be 118,291
Actual ballots cast - 77,026

Difference of 41,264 voters potentially denied a ballot.

Rep. Primary for Gov was a 40k difference

Dem Primary for SOS was a 28k difference

2 Legislative races in the R primary had a 2,100 difference.

Regardless, if ONE voter’s 14th Amendment right was violated because they were treated differently from other voters, they have standing and it is incumbent upon us to make them whole.

What I didn’t have time to say -

This election was not finished, it is incomplete and fatally flawed. It should be nullified and repeated correctly.

Hard to hear, but this is what I managed to get out.

Last Thursday I filed an emergency injunction request to stop the canvass of the election until we could find a solution to make whole all those who were not able to vote. They denied the emergency and set the date for today, two days after the deadline to canvass. Today the case was dismissed because the case is moot now that the election has already been canvassed last Friday.

I have decided to apply for my PhD at ASU, and if accepted, I will begin my program of study next Fall. I therefore will get a fun job to keep me going with something to do in the meantime. I hope to restart the path I was on before I suspended it to serve my country in the legislature. I pray that this is God’s will and I look forward to what he has next for me as I seek to serve humankind in anyway that He sees fit.

I should not have to say this but wearing tactical gear while watching a ballot drop box could be considered voter intimidation. Don’t do it.

Republicans want free and fair elections, Democrats want civil unrest and are the party of death. Vote Red in 2 weeks and save our Republic.

For Those who are not prepared to leave Arizona and want to stay & fight, it begins in the education system. We must teach parents to take control of their child’s education, whatever that looks like to them. We need to have a one-year goal, a five-year goal, a ten-year goal and a fifty-year goal. We need to adhere to it and we need to stop tearing each other apart. It’s like a football game with Democrats on one side of the line of scrimmage, Republicans on the other and as soon as the ball is snapped the Republicans turn and tackle each other instead of the Democrats. It’s time we work together on the long game.

Step one - Take over the school board seats. It is a volunteer position but that should not matter, if we really want to recover we have to be willing to serve without pay.
