With all the potential for fraud regarding mail-in voting, I ran a bill this year to prohibit the return of an early ballot by mail. However, it was one of the many bills to never see the light of day, thanks to the Government Committee Chair, Ugenti-Rita.

Potentially the most out of touch Senator in AZ next to Paul Boyer, TJ Shope has allowed for corporate Fascism by blocking efforts to prevent corporations from mandating vaccines, by the prompting of the Federal government. He has the nerve to criticize my pointing out what is coming if we don't stop this.

Here is an early propaganda piece re justification of forced medical procedures for greater good. Today- how much are the 'unvaccinated' costing society? My vaccine swastika evoked anger, but Nazi atrocities began with similar propaganda. Learn history or you end up repeating it.
Last night I switched places with the crowd & put them at the top of the hill in the speaker's position, instead of myself. The people are the power of the government, not the politicians. https://t.co/0SFWrx6nlm
Please be advised that the Independent Redistricting Commission adopted a “grid map” this morning.  Pursuant to the AZ Constitution the “grid map” is the starting point for the IRC mapping process.  The “grid map” only takes into account equal population in what amounts to an artificial starting point that does not relate to any of the other criteria such as, the Voting Rights Act, communities of interest, geographic features, etc.. You should review the “grid map” and discuss with your constituents changes that you want to present to the IRC regarding what is good or bad about the map as it relates to your district.  The IRC will begin to take testimony on the Grid Map starting in the next few days.  Check the IRC schedule of public hearings on the “grid map” on the IRC website at irc.az.gov.  Do not panic, this is just the start of the mapping process that will play out over the next several months.
Regarding the audit, I am still awaiting an update. I have no additional information to share with you tonight but I do hope that we will have some information to begin processing soon. Hang in there, guys.
It appears that the workings of the Senate is not common knowledge to many. I preface this by saying I am as frustrated as you regarding the audit. I asked for an audit on November 5th, was denied. I was joined by Patriots and we were demanding and chanting it by November 14th. It took weeks before we were able to actually get movement from leadership to actually do an audit. If I had my way this audit would have been done by the end of November but that is not how things played out.

With that in mind, in Arizona we have 30 districts. Each district has two Representatives and one Senator. I have been the Representative for District 16 for 8 years and this year I went over to the Senate. That makes me a first-year Senator. Not only am I not in leadership, I was not given a chairmanship of a committee either. So I am literally near the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to operations there. However, that gives me great latitude to say and do what I need to do without worrying about having something taken from me. Nevertheless, we have had very good leadership with Karen Fann as Senate President.

Out of the 30 Senators, we have a one-seat majority with 16 Republicans. Out of the entire Senate, we have one Senate President, a majority leader, and a majority whip. That is your inner core leadership team. From there on the outer circle of peripheral leadership basically is the committee chairs. The Judiciary Committee chair is Warren Peterson, and he used his committee to put in the subpoenas for the information so that we could do an audit. This places him at the table regarding the workings of the audit along with the leadership team. The rest of the Senators and chairmen play a supporting role when it comes to the audit, assuming they support the audit which some of them do not. As much as we would like to have a say in the audit report, reviewing the report, releasing the report, Etc, we do not have authority to tell the president what to do other than to place pressure. I communicate frequently with her and share with her what I learned from you here on this site. I have been steadfast in my effort to get to the bottom of what happened in 2020. Heck, for that matter, I asked for a review and audit of the 2018 election because I knew there were problems with that.

Nevertheless, it cannot be said of me that I am stalling, that I have not done what I am supposed to do, Etc. Leadership will tell you of the pressure I have placed on them and continue to do until we get answers.

I must admit that not being at the table and not knowing what has gone on behind the scenes causes me great concern as to the efficacy of the information we are going to receive. I have to trust, just like you, that this was done in a way that we can find recourse. I am hoping that today I will receive some more information. I suspect that I will not have the information any time sooner than you will. Keep the pressure up and I hope this helps illuminate the process and give you understanding as to where I sit along with the other senators.

Also, please do not put all of your hopes in the audit basket. You are going to have to get out and fight your local governments against these crazy overreaches. We are going to have to do a lot more than sit and wait for an audit result.
Here is another bill I will reintroduce after it was unacceptably killed this year by the committee chairwoman.
Hey guys, I need a favor. Would you be willing to listen to this 5 min podcast from this morning and comment for Jim Sharpe and help him understand, since he says he cannot make sense of what I am saying? Thanks, in advance.

Update. The audit will be released next Friday on the 24th at 1 p.m. in the Senate chambers. The Senate Gallery will be open to the public. I'm not sure how you will go about reserving a seat for that but I do believe the information will be public. This information has been given to the judge in Maricopa County so I don't think it is false, I believe you can rely on this. Be ready to pour over the report.
Tonight we stood outside Senator Mark Kelly's office and told him to stop the spending!
Stolen elections have consequences.

Unfortunately the consequences are felt by the American people. Might the consequences be placed on the wrongdoers? I want to see indictments.
