🚨 HUGE WIN FOR ARIZONANS 🚨
Governor Ducey just signed into law my bill, HB2906, that fully bans the hateful, racist, and divisive Critical Race Theory at all levels of government within our state.
Arizona does not need even one penny of taxpayer funding being used to support ideologies that:
▪️ Institutionalizes racism, sexism and bigotry within our local governments and society
▪️ Encourages the exact kind of racism that MLK Jr. and America fought so hard to stomp out
▪️ Destroys the exceptionalism of the United States
▪️ Undermines and attacks our great police officers
▪️ Indoctrinates taxpayer-funded public employees or students
This bill rightfully puts an end to spending public monies of any sort on this disgusting, regressive ideology.
Here is my statement on the signing of my bill:
“This first in the nation legislation banning critical race theory at all levels of government makes Arizona the national leader in combating this divisive curriculum. Arizona stands with Martin Luther King Jr.’s proclamation that people should be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin, and I’m grateful for the support of Governor Ducey and my colleagues in passing this important legislation.”

For those in Arizona whose employers are mandating the Covid vaccine, refer to this new law:
A.R.S. 23-206. Employers; accommodations required
IF AN EMPLOYER RECEIVES NOTICE FROM AN EMPLOYEE THAT THE EMPLOYEE'S SINCERELY HELD RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, PRACTICES OR OBSERVANCES PREVENT THE EMPLOYEE FROM TAKING THE COVID-19 VACCINATION, THE EMPLOYER SHALL PROVIDE A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION UNLESS THE ACCOMMODATION WOULD POSE AN UNDUE HARDSHIP AND MORE THAN A DE MINIMUS COST TO THE OPERATION OF THE EMPLOYER'S BUSINESS.

I knew the duplicated ballots would be a huge problem. 1st 2 nights after the election there were little to no Republican observers, as per a supervisor there at Maricopa County.
